Default 1 Million and A*Men as signature scents...am I crazy?!

I am a huge believer in the "wear what you want, when you want" rule, as opposed to the "there's a fragrance for every occasion, season, and time" rule. Aside from University, I will typically spray whatever fragrance stands out to me!
Because of the...overpowering nature of 1 Million and A*Men, would you guys and gals think of them as potential signature-scents? If sprayed correctly of course. Mind you, when I refer to a signature scent, I am not talking about one fragrance that you wear ALL the time. I am simply talking about a fragrance that you wear on most occasions.
As of now, the two scents I wear the most are DHS and Boss Bottled. Especially the latter.
I will probably keep A*Men and Pure Malt as my date/going out at night scents. But I can see 1 Million being a fairly good daily scent.
    What do you all think?

By the way, the way I see it is, had I never discovered BN and the "rules" I would probably be wearing it daily anyways.

    Honestly, no.

I encounter so many people who wear these really potent frags as their signature scents (mostly it's Le Male but also a lot of A*Men), and they just choke people out constantly. The only possible way I can see it working is if you purposefully under-apply the fragrance, like, one spray walk-through.

Of course this depends on what kind of a life you lead. But if you're in an office or in classes during the day, I'd leave the powerhouses for nighttime.

I tend to agree with Izzy, but as you already said - wear what you want when you want, as long as you really don't care what other people think!

I wouldn't choose either of those as signature scent - i want signature scent to be more rare, not a top-seller type of frag.

Not familiar with A*Men, but I see nothing wrong with 1 Million at all. Women like it alot.
Signature scent? Why not? Just don't overdo it, especially in hot weather.

I've only encountered two scrubbers, the two you mention are them. I would say you are crazy.

I'd say sure, as long as the application isn't too heavy, as others have mentioned. If you love a frag that much, and actually want to wear it that often, then I say do it, regardless of it's popularity. I would just adjust your "spraying habits" according to the situation & environment.

This is good advice, spray away from body in a well ventilated area for best results.

Especially in the case of A*Men, for the love of god, do NOT over-apply. It's one of those that can be truly sickening with over-application.

I think you should both over apply and layer them... You will simultaneously create a 10' kill zone around you eliminating anyone over 30 and attracting women under 25...

I ordered a bottle of 1 Million a couple days ago. Went to Macys to sample, and it was the only one thatreally stood out as something special to me. I know this will make a lot of people on BN cringe, but I really liked it. I'm not around a lot of cologne wearers, so its popularity is not an issue with me. I can see myself wearing this a couple times a weeek at least.

Even after experiencing a lot of fragrances, I still think 1 Million has its place. I may just wear it tomorrow for the first time since the summer.

If you like them both, there is no reason why they should not be your signature scents.

if you do this, just know that the general consensus of your aroma is going to be "obnoxious"

    Thanks for the input, everyone!
I don't intend on layering the two. I also do not intend on wearing either to class/office settings. I have Boss Bottled, Fierce, and a few others for those situations.
I meant using them as everyday, going out scents. Going to lunch, dinner, the beach, etc.
I've actually got both on my hands right now; can't wait for my bottle of 1 Million to come in!

I think Angel Men can be a signature scent if you restrict yourself to one spray on the chest. I wear Angel Men to work sometimes but I do just that: one spray and one spray only. Nobody's had any issues with it so far.

Not sure about One Million. Don't have much experience with it other than trying it out once and enjoying the top notes.

    You're not crazy.

One of my coworkers wears A*Men and its flankers as his signature scent to work every day. And 1 Million is my "guilty pleasure" fragrance, and one that I reach for often.

YES. If you like them, go for it. Just do not overspray. (1 spray on chest under shirt should not choke anyone and will still give you nice whafts for yourself)
