Gucci Pour Homme II >>>> Spicebomb
Spicebomb always feels like it's trying to hard... "Look at me! Look at me!"

Antidote on the other hand, that is a V&R masterpiece.

My wife really liked Gucci II on me, but it did not appeal to me. I owned it at least twice, but I never cared much for it.

My thoughts exactly and I prefer Eau des Baux. I tried them both at the same time and found EdB to have a better drydown. Spicebomb really didn't do it for me although it was perfectly nice. I expected a real amount of spice.

    Tried this yesterday.

    Meh. Too 'samey'.

Just like any other vanilla / sandalwood / pepper scent.

IMHO. Probably the best Mens Designer Offering for 2012 - Juice wise! Come to think of it the bottle is great too.

I wore 3 sprays today. 11 hours later it smells awesome down my shirt. My wife really liked it and said "don't you dare sell it" when she smelled it on me this evening.

Spice Bomb is definitely not for everyone, but it IS definitely for ME. I absolutely love it. It's the signature scent I've been waiting for. Thank you, Viktor & Rolf!

I really like this scent. I only wish that it would last longer on my skin. It is sort of a grown up version of One Million. I dig the bottle also.

I tested spicebomb on my skin and didn't care for it too much but maybe will give it another shot in the near future. Yet, the bottle is so cool I would happily watch it on my wardrobe lol.

It's indeed a strong one.... 3 sprays of Spicebomb is overspraying, unless you go clubbing.

For those that like Spicebomb, sample the EdP of Hanai Mori HiM. It's a less sweet SB with a touch of Gucci Pour Homme II.

Great scent and love the bottle! Not sure if I'll get it just yet with Summer coming but I might just have a bad day at work and need to buy something to cheer me up

I like it quite a bit, but I wish the top and middle would last longer. The dry down is mostly vanilla which I don't love so much, but it still has a hint of cinnamon and that is what I enjoy about it. I also got lucky in that the local Nordstrom was giving away samples of it. I took one, and the nice lady handed me another couple of vials of it. So I get a nice looooong test before deciding if I want to buy it!

I've tried this at least a dozen times now, due to basenotes hype.
It's a badly executed drugstore style scent that is at its very best...... plain boring.

i have tried a lot of spice fragrances and this is my favourite, although i can see how people might think it is too sweet/powdery.

I went to a bar recently and someone was wearing spicebomb. i started feeling jealous like i was wearing the wrong juice (i was sporting armani code).

    My quick review of Spicebomb

    Scent - 4/5
    Originality - 3.5/5
    Versatility - 3.5/5
Projection - 2/5 (is a total bomb the first hour, and faint for the rest - inconsistent)
    Longevity - 3/5
Value 2.5/5 (at $95, near niche level, it is pricy for what you get)
    Overall Rating: 3.5/5

I recently bought a 50ml bottle and I haven't even done a wearing of it yet. Well I was at band practice and one of my bandmates was eminating with this wonderful wonderful smell and I couldn't help but ask what it was he had on. Much to my surprise it was Spicebomb. It's funny because I have the fragrance but haven't even wore it once yet.

I thought it was a jumbled mess, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The killer for me was the odd sweetness. I just didn't quite understand what it was supposed to be. Shame, too, because the bottle is great.
