I donít know a good source of a ready-made cyclamen accord. Cyclamen aldehyde is certainly part of the scent but it isnít all of it.

The following accord is taken from my 1959 edition of Poucher (with modernised names by me):

    350 Hydroxycitronellal
    150 Methyl ionone
    100 Cinnamic alcohol
    100 Heliotropine
    100 Nerol
    60 Terpeneol
    50 Bergamot
    30 Musk ketone
    30 Jasmine absolute
    20 Rose absolute
    5 Cyclamen aldehyde
    2 Oakmoss
    1 Aldehyde C12 lauric
    1 Methyl octine carbonate
    1 Phenyl acetaldehyde

    Total 1000

Please note that if you make that up and dilute it at 10% it will not be compliant with IFRA standards as most of the things in it now have restrictions on them.

Just thinking a bit more about this, heliotropine is a bit difficult to get hold of in Europe now so you could substitute veratraldehyde, which is easier to buy.

Similarly if you donít like nitro musks you could substitute another one for the musk ketone - ambrettolide would be my choice I think, though musk ketone is still probably better.

To cut down on the vast amount of hydroxycitronellal in it you could add some lilial and lyral in place of some of it.

In place of the methyl octine carbonate you could use some calone or melonal or perhaps a trace of cucumber aldehyde.

And to cut down the cost both the rose and the jasmine absolutes could be replaced with accords although personally I would keep the rose absolute in to add some welcome complexity.
