Default Does Prada have an exclusive line?

Hey everyone, this is pretty new to me so I wanted to share and see if anyone could shed some light. I was walking around Prada's Soho boutique for fun and saw that there was a collection of small bottles. These weren't the mainstream ones (like the infusions), but instead they came in very small bottles. They were parfum for women and expensive ($150 for, again, a small bottle). There was an amber (pretty nice, but rather derivative for an amber), an iris, and a tuberose, among others. I asked a sales associate who informed me that these were a store exclusive.

Just curious whether anyone knows what these are. If not, check them out!

I think they had an exclusive fragrance line years back of 10 scents based on precious natural ingredients exclusive to their boutiques at one time.

Yes there are 10 Prada Exclusive pure parfums. I smelled them all last year at the Prada store in New York. I bought Benjoin and Cuir Ambre both of which are excellent. Benjoin is a great non-sweet vanilla scent with a bit of bitter orange. Cuir Ambre is a great leather scent. I don't know if these are still being sold but they are high quality. These were never marketed very well but are very good quality.

Do they have a narcissus? I like the flower, so I'm curious to smell.

Never heard of them...but there they are. Why do companies do this? No promotion? What are they thinking? At least Dior's exclusive line is known...even if you can't go to the store and buy them.

There's also a newer No 11 Cuir Styrax, so they are up to 11 fragrances.

They are exclusive so are targetted at prada's genuine customers, (not the aspirants like their mass-market perfumes are). So instore and direct marketing is enough.

The Cuir Ambre is really nice, but it's VERY similar to SL's Cuir Mauresque. I'd say that the Prada is a bit cleaner and more reserved. If I'd discovered CM first, I might never have bought the Cuir Ambre.
