Thread: No wonder...

    Default No wonder...

It took smelling Grey Vetiver, Guerlain Homme L'Eau Boisée and Déclaration Cologne for me to realise how much I like Vetiver.

It took smelling YSL PH, Monsieur de Givenchy and Eau de Sud to realise how much I like Verbena.

It took smelling Xeryus, Bulgari Man and Tom Ford for Men to realise how much I like Cypriol.

It took smelling Tuscany to realise how much I like Geranium.

It took smelling Endymion and Intuition for Men to realise how much I like Nutmeg.

It took smelling Ambre Narguile to realise how much I like Cinnamon.

It took smelling Trumpers Sandalwood Cologne to realise.. well, I think you get it.

It's no wonder I bought L'eau d'Issey Pour Homme on the spot, the first fragrance I ever bought for myself, when I smelt it all those years ago, because it is the only fragrance with all of the above. I knew absolutely nothing about "notes" then. That Sales Assistant really got lucky...

It's no wonder that you have a good grasp of what you like in a scent!
