I have a small sample of Le Labo Rose 31. It's very fresh and soapy on my skin and I really get lots of rose in this one, almost no cumin at all. I think it should work really well on hot summerdays, at least in theory. What other masculine rose fragrances would work nice in hot weather?
Ungaro III works quite well for me. And I actually prefer it in the summer.
+1 Lumiere Noir pour Homme. I'll also recommend vintage Floris no.89.

Thanks for all your suggestions, I forgot about Amouage Lyric Man. I have some samples of this somewhere, it's really nice too. Guess I really have to try Lumiere Noire, sounds like something I would really love.

Mine is L'Ombre dans l'Eau by Diptyque.
Based on the suggestions so far my ideas may seem a little off track, but here goes: For hot weather I really enjoy Diptyque L'ombre dans l'eau and Hermes Concentre de Pamplemousse Rose.
L'ombre dans l'eau is a green, slightly watery rose that wears really well in hot weather. irrbloss noted the lack of cumin in Rose 31 as a positive. Similarly, I like L'ombre dans l'eau because it is rose without patchouli. Patchouli is common to many rose fragrances but I find it too overwhelming in the hot, humid weather we have in the SE US. The green, watery aspect of L'ombre makes it shear and refreshing to wear in summer heat.
Concentre de Pamplemousse Rose is, of course, more about grapefruit than rose but I'm always surprised when my wife tells me how much she likes the rose note in it. if you like Terre d'Hermes you'll probably like Pamplemousse Rose as a go to summer scent. Just be sure to try the Concentre as the cologne formulation doesn't really have much longevity. However, if you're a TdH hater or don't care much for grapefruit, you probably won't care for this.

Penhaligon's HAMMAM BOUQUET
Brosseau's OMBRE ROSE
I adore Le Labo Rose 31 - I do believe this one will do extremely well in the Summer, however to be honest with you, There is no Rose at all on it!

We're all in the same game; just different levels. Dealing with the same hell; just different devils.
Rosissimo by Parfums de Rosine IMO.
+1 Red Sea
+1 Lyric Man
I'll also add Bond's Washington Square into the suggestion box. Would work on all but the hottest of days.
A rose is always an excellent choice for any kind of weather. ;-)
Etro New Tradition. A fresh and airy rose/white musk with patchouli to give it a little spicy backbone.

Some solid recommendations, but how can you forget one of the best of them all:
In addition to what others have already mentioned in this thread:
Noir De Noir (Ford)
Portrait of a Lady (Malle) - Very Unisex, so don't be fooled by the name.
Rose Noir (Byredo)
I have to go with Lyric Man
Five that I am enjoying right now
1) Sel de Vetiver by The Different Company
2) Spiritueuse Double Vanille by Guerlain
3) Bois des Iles by Chanel
4) Devin by Aramis
5) Coromandel by Chanel

I've never tried Une Rose, but "fresh" seems to be the keyword in all the descriptions I've read, which makes it sound appropriate for warm weather.
