Default If you had $435,000 to spend on only one cologne...

    ...which one would you buy?

For me it's a no-brainer, I go Clive Christian Imperial Majesty every time:

Millesime Imperial, eat your heart out!

I'd probably buy a $10 fragrance and pocket the rest. Kidding aside, that's some insane bucks for a fragrance though.

    Ludicrous.

Last Clive Christian I sampled (don't remember which) can be summed up in two words: BUG SPRAY

For people with more money than sense or scruples.

My plea to Clive Christian's target audience: Get yourself a handful of nice Amouages, and donate the other $434,000 to charity, FFS.

6,777 bottles of Acqua di Gio at 100ml each.

That's 677,700ml of AdG, or approximately 6,777,000 sprays.

Can also be seen as 179.0294 gallons of the stuff.

You just wait. I'm going to hoard it til I'm retired then sell it all on ebay at a 500% markup and be rich.

Lol, could you imagine almost 7,000 bottles of Acqua di Gio? Good lord. Sad thing is that's nowhere near enough to even fill a pool.

Yeah, I think I'd go Ferrari instead. Actually, it'd be more like buy a nice but small and efficient house, and spend the rest on a nice home studio and more instruments.

I would find it morally repulsive to spend that amount of money on a bottle of perfume.

This was one of the reviews of Imperial Majesty.

"The longer wait was worth it! Just one sniff of this stuff pulled me out of my depression and made me whole! Imagine sitting in a luxury box at the Super Bowl with a supermodel on each side and another performing a lap dance and Chuck Norris jumps out of an exploding TBS Blimp 1000 feet in the air landing on the 50 yard line and kicking 100 ninja butts for the halftime show. This super cool super bowl event is about 1/10 the sensation of the perfume's power to stimulate the senses...seriously. I do not even splash this perfume on me but carry it around and just open the top and take a sniff; that is all I need to get me through the day.
    This was another:
"I have also found from a friend that this makes for an excellent bubble bath addition! Half a bottle and the bath feels like I am a God (which I am)."

Not sure what to make of this..

also, the reviews are pretty funny on that amazon page

I would buy all the fragrances I would want,(only a few grand), go on a nice vacation, pay off mortgage, buy stuff for my new house, have some $ set aside for the future, donate to charity.

Whoever would pay that much for a clive christian perfume needs to see a shrink, put in a psychiatric institute and be kept for observations. How can you justify paying that much for a perfume?

I agree that's an insane amount of money to spend on a perfume, but the description states that the bottle comes complete with a 5 carat diamond. Doesn't seem quite as ludacris after knowing that.

I confess to being gravely tempted to make available a limited edition of one of my range at £450,000 (perhaps in a hand-painted plastic bottle as an ironic twist) just so as to obliterate their claim to being ‘the world’s most expensive perfume’.

This is no dent to the monthly income and one would assume they donated to the needy too.
