First I've heard of this one. Intrigued to say the least.
This has just arrived on the shelves of perfumeries in France, and today I tried it.
I was very impressed indeed. It has an old school feel to it. High quality ingredients, beautifully blended.
It´s a very spicy and warm fragrance, containing lots of incense. Reminds me a lot of the better Jacques Bogart´s, such as Furyo or Witness.
The really weird thing is that I cannot find it anywhere on the net. It has nothing to do with Black Soul or Black Soul Imperial, (the bottle is totally different - it´s a black coloured version of the classic grey marbled Lapidus Pour Homme).
This has got me confused. I cannot find any reference to it on the net.
Does anyone have information about it ?
First I've heard of this one. Intrigued to say the least.
It´s so strange I´ve googled it and can´t find it,.......or photos of the bottle !!!
Can you take some pics for us, please???
Sounds absolutely fantastic. Extreme version of Ted Lapidus, wow!!
Its stronger than the original?
Is there a Lapidus Black too then? Or did they go straight to Extreme?
Is Lapidus a big seller over there? I've heard of fakes that don't duplicate an existing fragrance, but actually create one out of thin air (I think there was like a Dior J'Adore flanker or something that was entirely fabricated by the dupers).

Thanks for the pic. Now I know what to look for by sight. First time I've seen it.
Wow this is crazy! How is it that there is no marketing traces of this fragrance on the internet?? This blows my mind but if brands have decided to throw all their money into composition rather than advertising, then I'm all for it! Lol

......after a lot of hassle and a whole lot of help from fellow basenoters I finally sussed how to upload photos onto basenotes threads. Many thanks for your help.......and at last, a photo !
I would also like to add that after a second test of this fragrance I have changed my opinion somewhat.
.......the drydown veers toward that "rouge" element found in the likes of Xeryus Rouge etc., which I find cloying.
I would personally describe it as a wintergreen/wint-o-green smell.
This fragrance takes a route that has definitely been done several times before. It is warm and sensual and much less in-the-face as Xeryus Rouge. I did actually get some compliments, but overall it lacks originality.
That has got to be the coolest looking bottle I have ever seen. I'd buy it blind just based on the bottle alone!

The Dreamer from Versace: what does this scent have that is so alluring and enticing towards the opposite sex ?
Def interesting. Thanks for the pic!
I'll blind buy this if it's cheaper than $50 for a 100 ml/3.4 fl. oz. for sure - love the bottle design.

I'm getting me some of this bad boy..!
Recently received it and like it quite a bit. Very inexpensive.
Just bought this blind, based on Ted Lapidus' scents and how good they are. This is, I would say, is T.L. pour Homme with violets. It's got a bubblegum note lurking in there. It's also similar to Bogart's One Man Show Gold Edition. To sum up, it's a blend of TL pour Homme, OMS Gold and Silver Scent. Oh and I like it but not as much as I thought I was going to.

Very inexpensive smell, the problem - cheap is rarely nice.
Available at cheapsmells, buy or not?
Life is too short to sample. Buy Blind| I am generally not interested in batch hunting or weak fragrances.
