Little sticker + a thin felt pen.
I used to use small adhesive labels to label the 5 and 10ml decants I make but I cant find anymore small labels and its quite a hassle too since I was using microsoft word. What do you guys use and how do you guys label your decants?

I use the little stickers as well, try CVS and get the Avery File Folder Labels. I actually cut 1/4 off each side so it fits a 10ml decant well. The only bad part is if they come into any contact with moisture the ink will smear and the sticker will often start to peel away, especially if you carry it in your pocket with any number of other items to reapply. I'm open to suggestions for a better way to do this
Scotch tape and a Sharpie ftw.
White dot stickers and a pen. Then I wrap a piece of clear tape over the bottle and sticker.

"What is this secret connection between the soul, and sea, clouds and perfumes? The soul itself appears to be sea, cloud and perfume..." - from Zorba the Greek by Nikos Kazantzakis.
I usually print out my labels on regular paper, cut them out and tape over them.
I used to hand-write them on sticky labels but I can't write as small or as neatly as my printer. And even the sticky labels peeled off if I didn't tape over them.
I know there are such things as sticky labels which have an adhesive that won't peel off (I seem to purchase way too many items which have the darn things) but probably as a result of some sort of pressing national security issue, the general public appears not to be allowed access to them. All the labels I see at my local big-box office supply store say "removable", which is shorthand for that they fall off.
So yes : the tape. I use clear packing tape, and often have to cut it to size with scissors.
I use a Brother P-Touch label maker.
I buy those small labels from Staples ( or anywhere I can find them - not easy to find them ) and then use ball point pen to write on the label before putting it on the decant . I also 'double -fix' them on the decant with clear tape in case they fall off .
For sale. Carnal Flower and Vero Profumo Onda.
I use one of 2 things. At first, I was using Ultra Fine Tip Paint Pens, which are permanent, and I get them at A.C. Moore. Now, I'm Using a PK Touch attached to my computer. (was less than $45, I'm pretty sure)
I also use a Brother P-Touch label printer.
