I've been testing out the new sport flanker of The One Sport this week. This one has received quite a bit of bashing from reviewers. I agree that the stuff is weak, but the juice itself is quite nice IMO. I get this creamy pineapple banana smell with some herbs and spice to help keep it manly. Anyway, overall, I'd probably give this one 6/10 for now. But anyway, I was kinda confused how there was no mention of citrus or fruits in the note pyramid. Seems unlikely anyway that a sport frag would not have citrus notes.
I tested this one a long while ago. I don't remember much about it. I do remember that I liked the original The One better. I don't think I disliked The One Sport, but it didn't impress me at all.
It's just ok. I won't bash it and I can't praise it. I feel like its just another "been there done that." If I were to receive it as a gift, I'd say thank you and keep it in my collection for hot summer days.
My top 5 changes like the Tennessee weather.
I thought it was horrible. I've always been really open about different things on the market and can find something pleasing about most designers out there but this one was really horrible to me. Just "off" from the initial burst.
Thumbs down from me. The One Sport didn't smell unique at all. It didn't smell bad, nor did it smell particularly good. It was just kind of there for a few moments and then, it disappeared. ZERO longevity.
On a more general note, why must designer companies just take a fall/winter scent add some fruit in it and make a "Sport" flanker.
Most "sport" flankers are just average, mediocre, or bad. Most of which don't remotely resemble the original, but just use the namesake to increase sales.
