    Default Bergamot and vetiver

    Hi
I'm looking for a fragrance really prominent in these tho notes. Really sparkling bergamot and grassy vetiver with a drydown similar to CdG Vettiveru minus the amber. I'm thinking of trying Acqua Colonia Bergamot & Vetyver, Rituals no 6 Bergamot & green vetiver, Givenchy Vetyver, Creed Original Vetiver. Do these fit the bill? Other recommendations?
    Thanks everyone / Tobbe

I would recommend Guerlain Heritage which has nice bergamot and vetiver with additionally prominent patchouli and amber and vanilla in the dry down.

Creed Vetiver 1948 is perfect for this combo. Avoid the Rituals one, it is total rubbish!

Bergamote 22 and Vetiver Extraordinaire are 2 I can recommend.

I don't recall a bergamot note in these. Lemon maybe but not bergamot.

To my nose, Coeur de Vetiver Sacré is all about the bergamot with tea and relatively transparent vetiver as supporting notes. It is just like smelling my favorite Earl Grey Tea (which is loaded with bergamot).

    Try:

Debut by Delrae - Upon application, one is treated to a pleasant plume of vivacious lushness from green leaves along with sweet and fruity ylang-ylang wafting on a winsome cloud of bittersweetness furnished by bergamot and lime. Floating to the floral middle, cool verdancy dominates with the fresh, green lily-of-the-valley, slightly sweet and bitter linden blossom as well as light, semi-sweet cyclamen. Aldehydes enhance the brilliance of the florals; and indoles supply a faint inky underpinning. This alluring pas de trois meanders to the waiting base. Robust vetiver predominates the base with its scent of dried field grass and accompanying clean earth, wonderfully tempered by creamy sandalwood and warm, skin-like musk. An appealing dry down ensues. This airy and distinctive composition has very good longevity and sillage/projection - easy on the trigger is the catchphrase here.

You have to be kidding....Sel Marin is mainly a woody citrus fragrance with a solid bergamot (citruses) opening and a thick woody vetiver base.

    here are the notes:

    Top: lemon and Sicilian bergamot.
    Heart: marine salt and algae.
    Base: vetiver, birch and cedar.

Thank you for all the great answers! Some were on my to try list and are now top prioritys. A few New ones for Me as well as a few superclassics that I havent tried. In the south of Sweden the stores don't caddy most of these so a sample order from TPC is in the pipeline

Since you're in Sweden, I have to recommend a Swedish scent: Byredo Sunday Cologne/Fantastic Man. Bergamot, vetiver and woods.

I thought the OP was looking for bergamot + vetiver.

Sel Marin was primarily lemon and hence my comment.
