In its current formulation, it is very hissy/metallic/soapy/generic with a very interesting sweet aroma reminiscent of saliva and citrus seeds.

I personally didn't care for it. There are no safe blind buys, it's like asking "will I like pizza"? At least it's a cheapie so you won't be out too much $, and if it's that widely liked on here it should be good trade bait.

It's okay, I guess. I wasn't blown away by it or anything, and got rid of it a couple days after picking it up. I seem to recall the longevity was abysmal as well.

I thought it was a bad blind buy buy at first but I really like it now. Sort of a less powdery Le Male. For $18 its pretty good.

I got my first compliment in ages while wearing Uomo! I get light florals, musk; very, very smooth. Someone on BN described it as an "Italian playboy" scent. I lived in Rome for three years--though not as a playboy--and this is a very good description.

It was a blind buy for me, but I will be buying it again. . .and again.

I agree with it being metallic/soapy. It's also very fresh/green/floral/spicy/woodsy. I enjoy it, find it somewhat unique, but it's very forgettable. Picture a cheap GIT, add some spice, woods.

Exactaly! A kind of subtle Le Male. I'd say for 18$, go for it!

Sometimes being too safe is a bad thing, and IMO this is the case here. I own a bottle, but hardly find myself even considering wearing it. It works brilliantly during the summer, and yet I have so many other cheapies that still take precedence.

I definitely get the comparisons to Le Male, just taken a step back and much more geared for warmer weather.

I found my bottle at Marshall's as well, however, I even find the $30 price tag I paid was still too much. If you can find it cheaper than I did, I would say go for it.
