    Default Tom Ford batch numbers/expiry

Does anyone know how to check Tom Ford Private Blend batch numbers? I have looked at check cosmetic but TF is not listed.

Should I be concerned about buying a sealed bottle from eBay or would age not matter as it is sealed?

Tom Ford is definitely on the cosmetic check website. It's listed under Tom Ford Beauty Products or something. I've checked my retail Tom Fords on there.

Apologies, when I was checking I was using the the longer number on the box and not the 3 characters preceding it and then assumed that the TF Beauty was for other products.

Would you be concerned if a bottle only had several months before expiry if it was sealed?

Expiry dates are irrelevant. Stored correctly, fragrances will be good to use for decades. Vintage formulations 25 or 30 years old command such high prices because of the quality of the fragrance, yet probably 'expired' 18 months after the fragrance was manufactured.

The bottle of Burberry London I bought from Perfumania last year was manufactured in 2006 and had technically "expired" years ago. It's just as good as a new bottle. Le Labo intentionally puts a 1 year expiry date on their fragrances to remind people to use it up. Just keep it stored in a cool dark place and it'll last for many years. Especially if it comes in a brown glass bottle like the Tom Ford Private Blends.
