    Default Inexpensive strong

I work in a hot warehouse,I was wondering if there's an inexpensive cologne out there that can withstand the sweat I produce while I'm working all day.I heard Grey Flannel is real good,I would really appreciate your feedback on Grey Flannel and others.

    Welcome!

    Grey Flannel! My first choice!

Another is Habanita, a leather and tobacco scent. Though marketed as a women's scent, it's truly unisex and will last and last. Inexpensive from discounters like Beauty Encounter, Fragrancenet or Parfum1.

If you like the smell of Grey Flannel then stick with that. You could also try Monsieur Balmain (crisp and refreshing lemon fragrance), Kenzo Pour Homme (seashore in a bottle), Nickel Eau Maximum (cuts right through the heat), Al Rehab Silver (Cooling citrus).

Grey Flannel is a dated scent, whose time has come and gone.

    Instead, get:

Dirty English by Juicy Couture -
A good, manly scent for year round, it's somewhat spicy and woody with loads of a masculine-smelling, leather vibe. Projection and longevity are pretty good too. It's discontinued, but still available. It is inexpensive, and a good scent to have.

    or the following, inexpensive scents:

Oxygene Homme by Lanvin - a peppery, airy and woody fragrance that is an all-season scent, and will work in the summer.

Lanvin L'Homme Sport by Lanvin - a clean and fresh, slightly spicy, musky and woody fragrance that is an all-season scent, and will work in the summer.

Try Bogart's One Man Show, Davidoff Cool Water or Lomani Cologne by Lomani For Men. All these are inexpensive and show their best when you start to sweat. Especially the first one does that for me (great birch wood smell).

It came out of the sprayer and I smelled it. From there it proceed to go in the trash and straight out the door. The garbage man even turned his nose up when he picked up the trash that day.

Don't let anyone tell you what you should or should not wear! If you like a scent, don't worry about what others have to say/think/feel, etc. Do what is right for you. You like Grey Flannel, Wear It! It is good juice and it has passed the test of time. If thousands of men were not still using it to this day, it would have been discontinued. But like me, their are those who know a good scent when they have it. I don't care about what the other guy has to say about my scent, I want to experience my own enjoyment with a particular fragrance.

I feel you pain and am currently on the same path trying to find a good work cologne, the worst thing is if I get something heavy it gets super cloying and if i don't it won't last, I'm still on the look for this too. My upcoming purchase is probably gonna be tabac because it gets good reviews is relativity cheap and they have one hell of a shave soap

    Guy LaRoche Horizon!

I hear the 50mL bottles can be found in US Dollar Tree stores for $1!

That's absolutely insane, and is a bargain at ten times the price. If there's one near you, I say check it out. I love it and will be replacing mine (at a cost of about $18) when it's gone. Best cheap scent I've ever smelled.

Rive Gauche pour Homme (also the intense flanker) should do the trick.

I'm going to put CK One Shock in the mix here, esp since it is now on the shelves of most TJMaxx/Marshals and even cheaper than before. Longevity is incredible as is projection on me. The deo stick alone has nice projection and can be had for $5.99 (I got one recently and want to stock up on some more).

I like Dirty English out of the bottle, but it doesn't last more than 30 minutes on me.

The Yat is one of my very favorite frags ever. But I don't find it particularly potent. I'll easily spray 7 times in the day or 11 times at night. And the sillage is not particularly impressive -- it's pretty quiet after the first 90 minutes. However, there's no denying that when you do whiff it, it's bold as hell.

Glad to see basnoters recommending Grey Flannel. I have always liked this one since the 80's. I highly recommend it for your situation and it is quite affordable.

So many good suggestions already... I have to + 1 for Grey Flannel, Salvador Dali, Cool water, Lapidus pour Homme, plus also I suggest Quorum...which has to be about the best value cologne of all. Most of the colognes suggested can be got for under $30, and even under $20 a bottle.
