Default Amouage DIA - longevity issue or olfactory fatigue?

Guys, I just can't feel it in 30 min...
Does anybody else has the similar problems with DIA?

Yes I cannot smell DIA after twenty minutes. It's one of the few scents that I'm anosmic too.

I had the exact same experience with Dia, it's gone in less than an hour.

Interesting and pity given the price

No longevity issues here... The stuff lasts forever on my skin.

Edit: I should have pointed out though that I own the original stuff in the old ornate bottle that was listed as an edt. I don't know if it really is any different than the current release in the "standardized" modern bottle as I have never made a comparison, but maybe they changed the formula slightly later on? That is complete speculation on my part though...

It's not really gone in 30 mins, but it is quite faint on my skin. Certainly compared to the other powerhouses of the brand. Of course Amouage seems to be reformulating, so who knows whether the latest version has been watered down.

There are probaly old threads on this one. It's a very come and go kind of scent from my own experience and others I've seen.

Don't know what to make of it. I think it's probably more present than we think, but hard to say.

I get monster longevity and projection from this one. I might be over sensitive to some aromachemical used in Dia but, as a matter of fact, I find it extremely tenacious. People around me, notice it for ages as well...

I get quite good longevity on Dia. The sillage is discreet, and I think that`s the way it`s supposed to be since Amouage describes it as a "luxury day wear fragrance", and the perfect pair with Gold as an evening scent.

It is rather timid for an Amouage. Pity, as I like it a lot.

Funny you should mention this -
Fenwick over here were flogging the 50ml size for £65 here in the post-Christmas sale back in January 2012!

Same here. I'd suggest olfactory fatigue is at play. There's no way this is only lasting 30mins.

Average longevity at best is my experience.
