I was hoping that you could help me identify a miniature fragrance bottle that I've kept since I was a child. My mom gave it to me to use when I played dress-up, so it was probably something fairly inexpensive.
It is a three-inch-tall, eight-sided, amber bottle. The eight-sided, gold, plastic cap is about one-and-one-half-inches-tall and pointed on top. Under the cap, there is a roller ball applicator. The base is square with a round indentation.
The few remaining drops of fragrance have taken on an unpleasant metallic tang, but to my recollection, it originally had aromatic (fougère) and woody notes. It probably inadvertently shaped my preference for shared fragrances.
Oh, and it would have been something available in the late 1970s or early 1980s.
I thought it smelled so glamorous when I was little! It's probably going to turn out to be something awful...still, I must know what it is! I'd appreciate any help you could offer. Thanks in advance!
Piccy please. Do you still have it?

Ralph Lauren had an octagonal or hexagonal bottle with a gold lid but I think the lid was always rounded from memory.
