    Default Niki de Saint Phalle smells like Ivoire - discuss!

    I have just tried a sample of Niki de Saint Phalle and was immediately
    struck by it's resemblance to Ivoire (one of my favourite scents.)

    They do share certain notes:-

    Top notes: artemisia, mint, green notes, peach and bergamot;
    middle notes: carnation, patchouli, orris root, jasmine, ylang-ylang, cedar, rose;
    base notes: leather, sandalwood, amber, musk, oakmoss.

    Ivoire has the bergamot, green notes, carnation, jasmine, orris, rose, cedar, sandalwood, oakmoss, amber and musk.

    Both are dry, green chypres, but Ivoire is "soapier" than the NdSP I think. I actually think
    I may prefer the NdSP over Ivoire and that is saying something!

    What think you all? Has anyone got both scents to compare?
