    with all appreciation for collectors here, but I find selling empty bottles opens the door for counterfeiting. I usually break all bottles, even if i like them.

    Unlikely that counterfeiters would rely on consumers bottles. Is too random to generate a business out of it.

    Ouch..... Some collectors cannot afford the perfume inside the bottle too. Especially if it is a rare one.

    I have some fantastic bottles from the early 1900's that are empty, so i'm glad their owners didn't do that.

    Noooooooooooooo. Oh the poor bottles...

    Honestly the people who counterfeit perfumes manufacture their own bottles. Please don't deprive future generations of perfume bottle lovers...
