Default What about Cologne du 68 by Guerlain?

    Hi,

I'd like to ask you what about the longevity and silage of Cologne du 68 by Guerlain. How many sprays and seasons to wear it?

    Thanks!!!

I get good longevity from it. I use three sprays and feel it could be worn at any time.

Seasonless. Go a little lighter in warm weather - 2 to 3 sprays - and turn it up from there in cooler weather. It's subtle, but surprisingly strong too. Go slowly til you get a feel for it.

Overall, fantastic stuff. Highly recommended. At current online prices, a superb value, too.

Cologne du 68 is an eau de toilette. For me, 4-5 sprays of Cologne du 68 are enough for 6-8 hours longevity.

Excellent scent. Very underrated. Price is reasonable for the current bottle size (the one Neiman Marcus carries, forget exact size).

I do 2-3 scents. It's one of those anytime anyplace scents. Love the guerlinade in this.

    It's excellent stuff.

A surprisingly brisk citrus that dries down to a warm-fresh and spicy Guerlinade base, but lightened enough to render it airy and ethereal. Remarkably tenacious.

Once you look past the 'cologne' in the name, it's a very interesting fragrance. It's not an 'eau de cologne' - either in form, structure, or purpose. The only drawback is that the dry down might come across as a little synthetic to some.

Thanks for this. My bottle comes in tomorrow.
If there is one company that could pull of a complex fragrance that makes sense, its Guerlain.
