A good starting lineup. Of course the category "romance" will depend on the intended target - and everybody has different tastes...

And I wouldn't worry about age appropriateness. As with everything fashion (clothes, shoes etc) it is fit, younger people who can pull off everything. If any, it is older people, with their less than perfect bodies, who have to pay attention.

But why no daring perfume? You should definitely look into the category. Some suggestions:
Lush Breath of God: avant garde smoky vetiver
Bulgari Black: plush and elegant with weird rubber note.
Florals: who said boys can't wear flowers? Anais Anais would work perfectly. So would Kenzo Flower.

Your line up looks goooood! Cold weather you might want to try A*Men, Musc Ravaguer or even Tabacco Vanille as your daring scent. If its too costly to get a bottle, maybe a split would be a good option.

Then again I only mentioned those three fragrances as I've experienced them personally. Other veteran BNers might have better options for you
    Current Top 5:
    1. Frederic Malle L'eau d'Hiver
    2. Tom Ford Noir de Noir
    3. Dior Homme / Dior Homme Intense
    4. Thierry Mugler A*Men Pure Havane / Pure Malt
    5. Creed Aventus / Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille

For daring, I kinda like some overly masculine incense-heavy types of frags like Van Cleef & Arples Pour Homme or DS & Durga's Mississippi Medicine (niche) or Comme des Garcons' Kyoto/Avignon/Zagorsk or Slumberhouse's Jeke.

Just something that throws itself out there, is very masculine, and pleasant.

Your choices are solid. Well done. I'm not a fan of Bleu De Chanel, but if it works on your skin then go for it.

By the way, at 19 I think I had a few stocking stuffers (Iron, Preferred Stock) and a few department store staples (Drakkar Noir, Obsession, Fahrenheit) and really no acquaintances to help delve deeper, since the Internet was still underused. So, your collection is awesome for your age (or any age). Nice!

I would wear Original Santal over Bleu 10 times out of 10.

I actually happen to like Bleu de Chanel, but I don't think it's a good night out scent at all. It's more of a safe work/school fragrance.

Otherwise it's a good list. I don't understand why you skipped the daring category. That's the most fun part of the list! Do you really want to be perceived as safe and boring all of the time?

I'm the guy who blasts newbies, but nothing to blast here. pepeto, for a 19year old you're doing a fabulous job with your selections - keep up the good work.
