Vintage Caron Nuit de Noel. Very happy to have found it. Caron has recently become my absolute favorite perfume house.

    And this oddity:

Picabia Shady Lady ... involved with the Italian artist and Duchamp's best friend Francis Picabia and his wife Gabrielle Picabia, a friend of and great inspiration to Schiaparelli. I'll be trying to learn more about the perfume connection when I've the time. The scent itself is surprisingly gorgeous and not at all off or aged smelling.

I don't usually post my buys here, but, this was just too good not to share!

The Goddess of Luck has blessed me once again, and this time beyond reason.
I've just went to one of my fave flea markets. And look and behold. Amoung a
lot of other plain mini perfumes, I found this 1950's Diorissimo Amphora Urn in
Baccarat crystle. I asked the nice lady what she wanted for such a small bottle,
showing it to her with the 'Christian Dior' turned backwards, so that she couldn't
see it. I know, but, hey, anything goes, right. She looked at it, and said: 'Well,
you can give me 5 kroner!' 5 Danish kroner is just shy of 1 dollar. ONE DOLLAR!!!
As you probably know already; these baccarat bottles are the holy grails for any
Dior collector, and as such extremely expensive, so needless to say, that I am
    beyond thrilled.
A tiny bit of the crystle has chopped off at the base/foot of the flacon, but,
    I don't care. I'm in heaven!
I will fill it up with some vintage Diorissimo parfum which I have already.
    I'm sooo bloody happy! Yay

Ah, you've got some serious whish-list canditates as extras! Idole and Amber Oud are both worth owning (haven't sniffed Rosam yet).

I got them on request When I order online from a local niche perfumery they let me chose what complimentary samples I want to get. From those three Rosam is the nicest to my nose.

Back from my holibobs to find I'm going to be the proud owner of the Perfume Posse gardenia sample pack *swoon*. Barcelona wasn't bad perfume wise. Regia Perfumerie on Passaig de Gracia stocks Lutens, Amouage, Montale, Carner and Isabey amongst others, Julia stocks Julia and a huge range of Lutens, El Cortes Ingles stocks Armani Prive and Caron. The jewel in Barcelonas perfumery crown goes to the tiniest perfume shop I've ever seen! In the Barrio Gotic simply called Perfumery it stocks the whole Histoires de Parfums range and by the time I found it the perfume budget was spent.

Purchases were AdP Colonia for my eldest, Prada Infusion Pour Homme for my youngest and La Petite Robe Noire for the eldest's girlfriend. For me? A complete left field purchase of Montale Tiare Intense which I went back to everyday for 3 days before purchasing. Sweet yet filthy, composty but upliftingly delicious. I've never tried any Montale, expecting overpriced and overhyped I was very pleased to find they were neither. Wild Pears is definitely on my sample further list too.

The airport home brought a rush of blood on finding huge bottles of Moschino and Quorum for only €19.90 each. A deal not to be denied.

All in all not a bad haul but boy do I wish I could spend more time in the tiny Perfumery which is so tiny only the owner and 2 customers can squeeze in

I've gotten some things I've been wanting for a while. I'm very happy with these.

    500ml Jicky EdP

    Habit Rouge soap

    [/url]

    Derby

A pretty beat up 110ml vintage Habit Rouge EdC

Vintage (I think) Paco Rabanne Pour Homme

Petit Guerlain Eau de Senteur (I just wanted to see what it was like!)

Aromatics Elixir - this is a 1.5oz spray. This seems darker than the juice I see in shops. Does that make it vintage? I'm wondering if there is a pre/post oakmoss reformulation issue with this one and if so what side of it this is on.

And Gucci Rush. I've been curious about this one since the review in PTG.

    And, of course, this one
