Don't have a single favorite - rather many. I'll jump on board with Egoiste.

As in fashion designers or just non-niche?

Probably something by Worth, back when they were actually Worth; Pour Homme and I are buddies but Monsieur Worth Triple Cologne is growing on me more and more. One of those, or vintage Givenchy Gentleman. I'm fond of many designer scents and generally find them more wearable than most niche with the exception of Annick Goutal. That said the lightness which makes so many of their compositions so wearable isn't always a good thing.

Wierdly enough I've taken to wearing Dans la Nuit (vintage, pre-80's) myself although I only find it suitable when I have a half-hour or so to let it settle before heading out. I imagine Je Reviens, being available in a heavier parfum and having a simmilar base, might be better but it triggers too much scent memory for me and would feel very wrong. Dans la Nuit has memories as well but they're of a more comfortable sort. Caline is in a simmilar boat, but without the memories. The thing is I have numerous bottles of Dans la Nuit and Je Reviens while the only way I can pick up Caline is via Evilbay and there it can be very pricey.

Then there's vintage Tabu, but I don't know if it counts. Either way it's my absolute no.1 guilty pleasure. Opium is less guilty and more refined but doesn't agree with my skin quite so well. I really need to see how vintage Opium handles itself.

A*Men, which no one has mentioned here yet and also happens to be my favorite fragrance period. Sorry, detractors.

Honorable mentions go to (in no particular order):
    M7
    Mugler Cologne
    Bvlgari Black
    Dior Homme
    Fahrenheit
    John Varvatos Vintage
    Egoiste
    Terre d'Hermes
    Top 5 for Fall:
    1) Straight to Heaven - By Kilian
    2) New York - Nicolai
    3) Terre d'Hermes
    4) Aventus - Creed
    5)
Flower of Immortality - By Kilian

A*Men or Mugler Cologne, probably. I've got a soft spot for Platinum Egoiste but don't wear it quite as often.

Right now, Chanel Antaeus, but it changes weekly. Dior Homme Intense held the spot for a while.
