Default Wearing a summer fragrance to the club?

Hi, I was thinking about wearing something like l'eau d'issey or Cool Water to the club for a change, not really sure why :P Clubs can get really hot and felt like something less cloying or just different, I'm not saying it's a good idea haha, but heyho!

What are your thoughts on this?

Don't see why not. Give it a try.

it probably might work even better since you'll be sweating/it will get hot. something fresh and invigorating ought to brighten things up a bit, as opposes to heavy/cloying scent.

Cool Water would work well. Even though it's a fresh scent, it's more of a fresh fougere than a citrusy/aquatic and should have greater projection and remain "fresher". I would also think other fresh fougeres in the same vein would do well (like Platinum Egoiste, Polo Sport, Chez Bond, Eternity, Swiss Army Classic, Wings, etc.)

It's not going to help you pull, if that's what you're thinking

It wouldn't give you that club vibe, but it should be fine. Half the people smell like alcohol and sweat anyways.

I like L'Eau D'Issey Sport better. Acqua di Gio Essenza is a good option either.

People do it all the time. I've smelled fresh frags like Acqua di Gio in clubs dozens of times. A lot of guys just have one bottle of cologne that they use for everything. There's nothing wrong with it at all. Wear whatever you want.

This thread reminded me of a verse from the song »Five Women« as performed by Joe Cocker: »Went down to the nightclub lookin' for the sun«. While I think that of course summer fragrances would work in a club, I don't picture myself wearing one. It would interfere with the nocturnal mood I give in to as soon as the sun sets.

I've worn 212 on ice before and acqua di gio both worked well in my opinion projection and longevity were good as well
