For a jasmine dominated scent for men you have gotta imo go niche for anything decent.
I wouldn't call 3rd man niche. It is not that easy to find in brick and mortar stores in the US, but it can be found pretty inexpensively online. I don't know if it still available, but Rochas Globe is also a masculine floral with plenty of jasmine.
Other than that, I second Jack. Florals for the boys are basically non-existent, and for a decent jasmine you should go niche. Or to the female counter. Chanel no 5 eau premiere is perfectly suitable for the boys. I would say that Estee Lauder Private Collection Jasmine White Moss is as well (the original, and cheaper, Private Collection also fits well, though it is not especially jasmine rich).
I like the jasmine in L'Instant de Guerlain Pour Homme (edt).
Simplex Sigillum Veri
If you are looking for a jasmine dominant scent then The Pour Un Ete by L'Artisan works very well for us men.
Many complex designer scents from the pre-aquatic era have floral hearts with jasmine. So look for 80s scents - or anything with floral notes listed. Aramis 900 springs to mind...
what would be the niche options anyhow?
In niche, Serge Lutens Sarrasins comes to mind: leather jasmine. Regrettably only available in Paris or, now, at Barneys in NYC. And the artisan parfumeur mentioned by hirch.

Not as scientific certainty, but simply as a personal, subjective impression, I do get a remote jasmine note from Eau Sauvage EDT by Dior (the plain version, non of the flankers).
Kilian "Love and Tears" is considered a unisex fragrance that is Jasmine centric.
For niche I get a lot of Jasmine from MPG's Centaure. It's quite green and masculine, smells rather gentlemanly and somewhat old-fashioned (not old-man!), but beautiful. Another suggestion is Amouage Reflection Man. I get a lot more Neroli from it, but others swear it's jasmine-heavy. Either way, it's amazing...
And it might be worth sampling Antidote by V&R. There's no jasmine in the notes list (which is a surprise, I think they tried to put everything in there!), but the overall impression it gives on my skin is very jasmine-like.
Armani Prive Eclat de Jasmine.
^is it on the masculine side?
It's marketed as a unisex fragrance. However, its softness may or may not lean it to the feminine side; sample beforehand.

I find many jasmine perfumes come off as a little too feminine for daily wear, but finding a well-balanced jasmine that I can rock on more formal occasions is always a pleasure!
Caron is not a niche house.
Got to bump this thread back to life. walked by some Jasmine plants at nursery this morning and was taken in by the scent trail wafting in the breeze. What is good Jasmine whether designer or niche that will not leave me smelling like floral. Perhaps a light musk or woody base. That I can wear daily to work
Stop. Stop the search. You don't have to go niche. You just need to change the gender orientation of the perfume.
JOY DE PATOU is a brilliant perfume, a work of art, a perfume that transcends gender. Please buy the EDP and I promise you, you will be happy forever.
I almost feel the need to apologise for suggesting this, but Aventus has jasmine in which even my untrained nose can sometimes pick up.
Aramis 900 (if it's still around), or go for Aromatics Elixir (same fragrance, or bloody close).
