Smile Help - Lalique Lion: How powdery is it?

I usually dislike scents with powdery basenotes. I remember some burberry and versace blue jeans for example. Those baby powdery smell are not apealling to me. I don´t like the powder smell that comes near a coffee smell too. In summary, does lalique lion has a powdery smell?

    I agree it's not powdery!
Imo, it's a delicious, very versatile scent! (read all the reviews!)
Make sure, if you buy it, you'll buy the edp version!

Its not powdery at all, a little bit boozy; and a lot like Heritage.

Really looking forward to getting my 125 ml EDP in the post in the next couple of days... at £35 it seemed like a fantastic deal to me given the comparisons to Heritage etc. Without really realising it, along with Equus, Encre Noire and Hommage a L'Homme, Lalique has snuck it's way into being one of my favourite Houses at the moment.
