Rose 31 FTMFW. I prefer Noir de Noir in general, but as for the rose note, I gotta go with Le Labo. They really made a home run with Rose 31.

My choice is Rosissimo by Parfums des Rosine - a very nice masculine rose scent

Haven't tried hardly any of those roses but I do like Noir de Noir and Lipstick Rose(mostly..too much musk for me in LR. Would prevent me from getting a full bottle, pretty sure). Noir is a dark, woody rose. LR is rose+violet. I like woody, I like violet.

Rose Oud By Kilian : very high quality rose and oud
Portrait of a Lady: rose - patchouli - incense - very nice
West Side Bond No 9 - plastic rose - it smells like the vaginal area of a Barbie doll. Just kidding. sorta
Voleur de Roses L Artisan Parfumeur : Francis Kurkdjian's counterpart perfume. Where this one is earthier and less spicy
Lumiere Noire Pour Homme Maison Francis Kurkdjian : rose - spice and patchouli -
Une Rose Frederic Malle : the rose and it's roots
    Rose 31 Le Labo: divine
Le Labo Baie Rose 26: haven't tested this too much but very rosy - pink cheeks
Frederic Malle Lipstick Rose: literally smells like cosmetics and rose - quirky - fun to own
Black Aoud Montale: rose and mediocre oud
    No 88 Czech & Speake : rose - geranium - sandalwood

    You're missing:

    Rose Paestum: rose - resins
Rose de Nuit : rose and darkness
Rose Absolu by Annick Goutal : softest most realistic rose

    I'll add to the list . . .

Ramon Monegal - L’Eau de Rose.

In your list, perhaps Black Aoud (though also PoaL). I do not share the general (esp hedonist's') enthusiam for the spicy Le Labo.

But you're missing many of my faves. Primarily, Paco Rabanne Calandre (aldehydes, rose, cream, spices), and my new (one week ago) love, vintage Shocking (big rose, honey, dirty animalics).
Also, all the vast Rosine range, as hednic was saying. Eg Twill rose = rose + animalic base. But Rosissimo is good too - a classic herbal masculine with some rose.

N'Aimez Que Moi - rose - sandalwood - moss > to say this is mesmerizing would be an understatement (in parfum not EDP)

Le Labo Rose 31 cause it's very realistic and straight to the point.

    From your list:

Baie Rose 26 by Le Labo - Upon application, one is treated to an exquisite, fully-bloomed, red rose wafting on a cloud of pimento berries, with their pungent, spicy aspects, and pink pepper, with its fruity and tart facets. The beautiful rose drifts to the waiting middle. Here, in the enchanting heart, sharp and woody pepper along with spicy and slightly sweet clove ensnare the lovely rose which is lifted by the magical aldehydes to an awe-inspiring resplendence. This sensuous melange meanders to the awaiting base. The vulnerable rose is subsumed by the dry woodiness of cedar and the smooth, creamy, woody ambrox, which are joined by a sweetly vanillic and floral musk to transition to the alluring drydown. This bewitching composition has average projection and excellent longevity. Albeit this is a wondrous fragrance, I am not quite sure it justifies the exorbitant price; nonetheless, quality-wise, I must yield to the "Thumbs Up" rating apart from the quality to price ratio.

    or

Noir de Noir by Tom Ford - One is initially treated to an intriguing, floral accord. A sensual rose, not a pretty and prim rose, but a dusty and dark rose, nicely commingles with enchanting saffron with its earthy, dried-flower and faintly honeyed facets. Transitioning to the accretive heart, a demure oud encapsulates the majestic rose with its medicinal, yet sweet, and lightly smoky elements. Black truffle sprinkle the rose with its musky earthiness with hints of some dirtiness. Segueing to the alluring base, tree moss infuses the melange with its terpentine-like, pine needle aura adding a touch of mouldiness. Versatile patchouli imparts its slightly spicy and musty, peat moss character. A vanilla adds its woody and semi-sweet aspects. And, a faint cocoa smell flutters about. The interplay of the foregoing leads to an enticing drydown. This elegant, unisex composition is high quality and well blended. Bordering on the dramatic, this dark and sensuous scent has good projection and very good longevity.

Portrait of a Lady, because it is the best fragrance I have sniffed to date, meshing perfectly with my rose and incense preferences.
    Current Top Favorites:
    1) Portrait of a Lady original formula (EdP Frédéric Malle)
    2) Giorgio for Men vintage/V.I.P. for Men (Giorgio Beverly Hills)
    3) Dia Man vintage edt (Amouage)
    4) Les Nombres d'Or Vetyver (Mona di Orio) - tie
    4) Lalfeorosa (O'driù) - tie

    6) Anat Fritz Original Formula and Classical (Anat Fritz)
    7) Captain vintage (Molyneux)
    8) Tzora (Anat Fritz)

    Homage Attar

    Sublime, transcendental.

    Lyric Woman

I like Turin's description of what happens in this one after the rose has registered, "a plangent, overripe note, the exhalation of forgotten fruit in a sealed room". Beautiful.

    Rose Nacree du Desert

I thought Malle's Une Rose was 'it' as far as a living elemental rose reaching out of a bottle and grabbing me by the throat me was concerned until I tried this a few weeks ago. Nice one Mr. Wasser - an imaginative grown up take on what a lot of Europeans seem to be trying to do with the Rose / Oud thing, that's if they don't wimp out entirely and do yet another Rose / Patch.

Either by accident or purpose the following escaped your list:
    Iquitos (Alain Delon)
    Domenico Caraceni 1913
    Aramis 900
    Zino Davidoff
    Pasteum Rose

I prefer Pasteum>Rose31>Iquitos>Zino. "What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet." --> So be it, but for my taste a rose fragrance had better be significantly accompanied by manly herbs, spices, and/or animalics else it be relegated to use in the loo. Incidentally, Tea Rose (Perfumers Workshop) is wonderful for this purpose.

I would add Histoires De parfum's 1876.....rose and cumin mesh up together to create an dandified intense masculine rose IMO.
