    Default Slumberhouse fragrances

Has anyone else tried the fragrances from Slumberhouse?
I received a sample pack of 8 fragrances today. I find these to be unwearable........maybe in a very cold nordic climate.

Norne is incredible, enjoyed it very much, excellent coniferous notes. Others are OK in various ways, haven't found anything dreadful yet.

I agree with Odysseusm, Norne is a fantastic coniferous fragrance full of nuances, i particularly appreciate also Vikt from the same brand (a sample of which my friend Alfarom sent to me). Unfortunately i haven't tested the other Slumberhouse's yet. Anybody could send my the samples of Jeke and the others? I have many samples to swap.

I find this house to be very creative and interesting. That said, the concept of what is wearable and what's not, is very subjective. I'm perfectly fine with most of their offerings with my personal standouts being Vikt, Norne and Ore. I'm recently trying ot get warm to Pear+Olive but there's a watery vibe going on thruoughout which I'm not very comfortable with...We'll see....

I find them all wearable, but I favor rather extreme scents as a rule. My favorites are Jeke, Norne, and Baque. One that is not anywhere near my favorite, but that I can't imagine anyone finding "unwearable," is Pear + Olive, which just smells like very nice shampoo to me.

I only own 2 of them, but Pear + Olive is amazing, truly one of my favorites. The other I own is Sova, but it's on it's way (maybe if I'm lucky it'll be here today.) I have a few samples coming along with it, so I'll try to update with my impressions of them, but I have a feeling they'll be strong, which I love.

Pear + Olive is great, very wearable, its a sour/sweet creamy pear, very nice

I just got a batch of about 10. Right off that bat most seem unwearable although some were pretty interesting! I'll be trying them out and sending a report.

Love Jeke and Norne. Kiste is very nice, but not for me. Have struggled to find my way to anywhere that has Iska--anyone ever get to try this one?

I loved Norne. Jeke was too much for me, albeit interesting. Next to try: Kiste, Sadanne, Ore.

I find the house's background and sensibility very appealing.

My favorites are Sova and Norne. Sova is beautiful in the fall and winter, extremely wearable and one of my all time favorites. Norne is probably the most potent juice you will ever smell. I like having it in my collection for when I feel like going complete and utter beast mode, as well as when I feel like cutting a pine tree down with my bare hands, Norne works for me!
I used to own Pear & Olive and Ore (which smells like Cape heartache by Imaginary Authors if any one has smelled that. Also Ore is where I think Cape H. got the idea from haha) and both were wearable to say the least, they are better suited for a female though. I find the house to put out very well crafted and fragrances for sure. I really enjoy the samples; Jeke reminds me of that burning hickory wood smell that you get in the fall and winter air sometimes. Vikt, Kiste and Rume are also really good ones to sample too.

I own and love Jeke and Sova.

I've sampled Norne and Pear + Olive and have a sample of Ore on the way.

Didn't think muck of P+O at first but have since begun to enjoy it. Norne didn't capture me enough to buy a fb. Perhaps I'll come round on this one, too.

I'm definitely a Slumberhouse fan. I've yet to try any that I find unwearable.

I recently got a marbles bottle of Flou in a swap and like it quite a bit. Does anyone have a note list for Flou? I can't find one anywhere.

Is it possible to order directly from Slumberhouse? I've looked on their website but I can't see any way to order anything.

Josh at Slumberhouse stopped on his website about a year ago. Your best bet is through LuckyScent or Twisted Lily. I've had excellent experiences with both sites purchasing online.

Just picked up joke and ore both start a bit awkward but end up amazing. Some great dry downs for both and they transform wonderfully. Both start out quite boozy then settle in unique ways.

Slumberhouse fragrances, at least these two, and many of the older ones are all about the basenotes.
