    hello Bonoanimoes...shouldnt that be taif rose in Homage ? ..and i wish there is more of a rose in it...am still not sure which of those things in it that i smell should subscribe to taif rose

    damascene is a lot different rose , what i have smelled so far....

    I went through the rose fragrance search and ended up with Atelier Rose Anonyme which is fantastic smelling as well as longevity of 12+ hours on me and projection that is fantastic.

    And I also got Acteur by Azzaro. It's a rose fragrance that can't be beat for it's very inexpensive price imo.

    silly me taif is just a nice damascene rose

    lol

    but yeah i wish its somehow more intense in Homage....just not sure where is it hiding there its masked by citrus notes for me...maybe its that undefined beauty i smell

    I admit you're right, it is indeed Taif Rose, anyways, IMO It Is a very rich and luxurious Rose Attar.Reason why I save it for special occasions;-)

    I'm a big fan of Ungaro III. So far, it's my go-to rose, though I am testing Rose 31. I'm kind of torn on that one. It's nice, but I wish it were just a bit more masculine.

    I have to say Rose 31. As a whole, it's such an amazing scent, with exception longevity. Rose that a man can wear confidently, and not have that old, stinky, dated vibe.

    It's got a great reputation for a reason!
