For me not one that stands out as being more used than any other. They all seem to more or less share equal time in wear.
Given that we are coming towards the end of 2012, I thought it would be fun to tell the world what our most popular fragrances in 2012 were.
I'll leave it up to you to define 'popular' but for me I'm going to mention those that I either discovered in 2012 or used the most throughout the year.
Definitely two worth mentioning for me that I had sampled in the past but never actually owned are:
Creed Millesime Imperial
and
Acqua di Parma Colonia Essenza
Both very good scents that I will be buying again. One for summer; the other for colder months.
I have also used Creed Aventus quite a bit this year since getting a 2011 batch (bought on 2nd January, so definitely a 2012 fragrance!!)
For me not one that stands out as being more used than any other. They all seem to more or less share equal time in wear.
Most recently discovered: Une Voix Noire.

Encre Noire, far out!
- Most worn: I think Revillon R! (an excellent 'fresh fougere' created by Maurice Roucel) Used almost 50ml of it this summer.

I'll go with the 2012 release of Allure Homme Sport eau Extreme. While I definitely have a few others that I appreciate more, I really like this one and it was a great discovery for me. It's my go-to "utility" player and my "when in doubt" fragrance. I'm very happy I found it and was able to add it to my collection.
Some really good suggestions from all respondents so far!
Most used is Giorgio for Men. Most recently discovered is probably what I try daily since I am always sampling but my greatest discovery this year so far is my favorite scent, Portrait of a Lady by Frederic Malle (even though it was released in 2010).

Guess Seductive Blue! Underated Frag!
I'm getting fonder and fonder of two fragrances I used to consider minor releases in the HdP's range: 1876 and 1825. That said, my most worn scents, are always Knize Ten, Sous Le Vent and a bunch of CDG's.
My most used was, and almost always is, Chanel Bois d'Iles followed by Coromandel.
My favorite discovery this year, but a 2008 release, was Heeley Cuir Pleine Fleur. A wonderful soft leather which I am considering a bottle of.
Jardin d'Amalfi- smelled it when it came out and wasnt impressed re-sampled a few months ago and was awe struck...
Most used in 2012 is probably Kouros.
Most recently discovered : L'Occitane Eau des Baux , good frag , very natural smelling , great quality .

It's amazing what conclusions you can draw by spending some time to think about your scents like this. I'm already using this to decide on some of my purchases early in 2013.
Surprisingly enough...Michael Jordan Legend
Pure Malt and A*Men as well
Boss Bottled and Fierce
Used: Live Jazz. Finished a whole 100ml
Discovered: L'Instant pour Homme. For me, like opening a window into the grand old age. Must, must, must pursue.
Most used this year: Paul Smith Man
Best discovery this year: Bvlgari pH Extreme.. However, I have Ferragamo F pH Black on the way, and with its reviews, it seems like it will take the win for me.

I have recently re-discovered Gucci Pour Homme. I have missed this so. It takes me back to the 'Man' fragrances of the 80's and 90's. So well blended. I adore it. So unfortunate that Gucci decided to discontinue this one.
