Default Overwhelming powdery note in LIDG

When I first smelled LIDG, I loved the fresh, green notes combined with the cocoa so much that I bought a large bottle. After a month of wearing, all I get is an overwhelming lavender powder scent from it. Is the scent changing or is my perception of it changing?

I don't get that powdery note when I wear it.

I can't say I get much of a "powdery" note. I'd say I get more of a slightly "dusty" cocoa with woods, anise & patchouli for a long time until it fades more to the cocoa & woods in late dry down.

This one is a patchouli bomb and that is why I bought it twice and sold it twice. The first time I wasn't getting that much projection and the second time it was to heavy on the patchouli for my liking.

I really don't get powder or patchoully. The drydown smell like chocolate and sandalwood to me but I have only tested twice. I could probably get powdery to some cause I think there might be flowers in the top or middle notes.

LIDG is one of my favorites and I never get a powdery note...but then it's also not a patchouli bomb for me either.

I do get a very powdery jasmine in the beginning, but upon revisiting it I am getting more citrus instead
