IMO Absolutely.
Hey guys, recently I've sampled both Chanel Platinum Egoiste and L'instant de Guerlain and absolutely loved them both. But I get the feeling that both of them may be categorized as a little "mature"
I was wondering, would someone between the age of 18-20 be able to pull these off ?
The sense of smell, like a faithful counsellor, foretells its character.
IMO Absolutely.
I'm not too familiar with LIDG, but Platinum Egoiste can for sure. A lot of people call it a more mature version of Abercrombie and Fitch Fierce, after all.
They're two very different fragrances, and there's no doubt you'll be fine with Platinum Egoiste.
L'Instant, to me, seems to me to be the more "mature" of the two (and the older I get, the more I appreciate the word "mature" - it's so much nicer than "old fart" ;-)
It seems to me that the things that make a fragrance seem "too old" for younger wearers are things like heavy florals, incense, leather - that kind of thing. L'Instant is none of those, and I really don't see why a young man shouldn't be able to pull it off (but do bear in mind that I'm biased - I love L'Instant, and I'm over 50).

I agree that both of them have kinda mature vibe. Its just up to you if you want smell like something that you just love or something that will suit you better. I personally do not wear scents that doesnt fit my personality.
