    Default 360 Red - Projection

    Hi guys,

I've been reading the forums and reviews for a while but there's something about Perry Ellis 360 Red I need to hear from those who own/owned a bottle of the fragrance.

I'm a young man (19) and I've been looking for an everyday college fragrance. I've noticed that projection is a big deal for most cologne wearers and I also think it's important in most ocasions. However, as I'm going to be in a classroom full of other people, I didn't want a fragrance that disturbs them in the morning. I am a relatively shy guy, so I wanted to smell good without drawing too much attention.

And that's my question regarding Perry Ellis 360 Red: is it too much? is it suitable for everyday college use? is it too intrusive?

    Thank you

btw: We have a nice warm weather 80% of the year here in Brazil...

It's the perfect fragrance for college.
    Great for everyday use.
    Ladies love it.
Longevity and projection are good but certainly not overpowering.
It's perfect for the warm weather.

    Go for it.

Derek Jeter Driven is my favorite Acqua Di Gio clone. PE Red and Paris Hilton is ok, but I like the bamboo note in Driven.

PE 360 red does project well for me. if you don't want to be offensive to others, don't put on too many sprays.

I'm not a fan of PE Red, but the reason I dislike it is the same reason many love it (the cinnamon kick). For the price, it's a steal. I did get pretty good projection though. Still... for $15, if it doesn't work for class, it'll still be great on the weekends and especially in summer.

Red is an all around good fragrance. It tends to project to the point where it may bother others, so don't overspray it. I wear it to class or just going out, in all honesty I can't really put a season/time on this one (well, I hate doing that for other fragrances as well to be honest).

It should be fine for hotter weather... I usually do one spray on each side of my neck.

I'm gonna be going to Ecuador next month and it's hot over there too... I'm gonna be taking my bottle of 360 red along with me for the trip

When I owned it, I was really surprised at the projection and longevity. You really do get your money's worth with this. It also seemed like the level of juice didn't recede that much either.

I didn't enjoy the cinnamon note even though I love cinnamon.

Just do 1 or 2 sprays and you should be fine. Let us know if the Brazilian girls like it!

So, for what you've told me it's suitable for summer and should work great for my purpose. It has good projection, so I should use moderately. 1-2 sprays and it probably won't be too overpowering.

I've blind bought it for $37(6.7oz).A friend of mine is in NYC and she's bringing it to me when she comes back to Brazil in the end of the month. I know it's "risky" because it's a huge bottle and I may not like it, but it's not a problem. 360 Red can't be found in any Brazilian perfume stores, so many people would be glad to take it off my hands (even paying a lot more than the $37 I spent) in case I don't like it.
