hollister jake - its ok, only worn it twice
azzaro chrome - i like it, it gets decent compliments and my projection on it is pretty good
rochas man - just got this, smells ok, haven't worn yet

Pure Malt will get you some attention.
You might be able to pull off Le Male, but judging by your comments, I don't think you would like it.
What is a "teenage cologne"? If a scent smells good, it smells good. For you to not try to categorize scents into age groups is the best advice I can give. That said, maybe Bellagio for Men is up your alley.
Current Top Favorites:
1) Portrait of a Lady original formula (EdP Frédéric Malle)
2) Giorgio for Men vintage/V.I.P. for Men (Giorgio Beverly Hills)
3) Dia Man vintage edt (Amouage)
4) Anat Fritz Original Formula and Classical (Anat Fritz) - tie
4) Lalfeorosa (O'driů) - tie
6) Les Nombres d'Or Vetyver (Mona di Orio)
7) Captain vintage (Molyneux)
8) Tzora (Anat Fritz)
9) Javanese Patchouli (Zegna) - tie
9) Monsieur de Givenchy vintage (Givenchy) - tie
9) Coeur de Vetiver Sacré (L'Artisan) - tie
9) Polo vintage (Ralph Lauren) - tie
9) Patou pour Homme Privé (Jean Patou) - tie
9) Oud Shamash (The Different Company) - tie
You might want to try Armani Code and the new Code Ultimate. They're a little deeper than most of what you have now. Think 1Million, but with a softer dryer spice element. And if you are looking for a compliment getter you should probably try Acqua di Gio if you haven't already. Then if you are near a TJ Maxx or Marshall's there are a lot there that would be good for you and pretty cheap. A few that I recommend highly for you would be Tattoo by Michel Germain and CK One Shock. Tattoo will be $9.99 for a 3.4 oz bottle and Shock will be $24.99 for the 3.4 oz, but only $29.99 for the 6.7 oz bottle. Those are both on the spicy sweet side of things but very good frags. Welcome to BN!

Egoiste EDT (not the Platinum version) -- don't be fooled by its release date. It's a very modern scent. Its first 30 minutes could be sharp, but the next 8 hours is great. I wish I knew of this fragrance when I was in high school.
C'mon $140 for a 1.7 isn't that bad. Plus its sexy as hell and smells like a Cinnabon shop.
In all seriousness OP, You should at least sample it first and see what kind of compliments you get.
$140 is really steep for a blind buy that you don't like.
Lol it may be nice, but most high school (I'm guessing) kids don't want to stop that kind of cash on a perfume. Besides, there are much better compliment getters for teens, like ysl l'homme
Anything that is fresh, clean and not too strong will do. And make sure you don't overspray.
Don't worry about whether you are original or not. It doesn't matter because most people in high school aren't familiar with fragrances.
That said, YSL L'Homme, Cool Water, Le Male, 1 Million would all be good options.
Silver Mountain Water, if you have the money.
CK One Shock for Him would be a good choice. I think it is highly versatile with no age range!!!
Pretty much what you want to avoid for a "teen fragrance" is you dont want it to have insane projection because in school that will get you in trouble and you dont want it to be anything challenging for obvious reasons, otherwise just buy some samples or go to sephora and test some stuff out, just get what you think smells good brotha.![]()
Canali is fairly cheap and smells amazing. Longevity is the issue, stays only 2-3 hours on my skin. But it gets lot of compliments
