Sorry about asking for many different recommendations, but....

I am looking for an earthy cologne. not an earthy like a green or forest smell, but a rock smell. I want a send-like cologne that smells like fresh rain falling on pavement. I know this is an odd request, but if you know of anything, I would be very appreciative.

You could try two Demeter fragrances; "Dirt' and "Rain". Simple and straightforward, and smelling as the name suggests.

This one. I would also seek out the discontinued White Sea by Micallef.

Un Jardin en Mediterranee has a pretty earthy smell. The official note is fig wood or fig leaf but it comes across as earth to me.
