    Very interesting article on a study that shows the inability of humans to distinguish complex scents.

    Interesting that there is a scent equivalent of the colour white and white nose which is made up of many different scent molocules until they each lose their individual aspects and become like "the smell of white". Just like the many colours that merge to become white or sounds that become white noise.
