Versace The Dreamer is a beautiful bottle, lovely sprayer, excellent quality glass and the Medusa head is cool.

CK Obsession is definitely an iconic bottle, the juice is a lovely colour, the type face of the lettering is cool and I just think it's a great design.

I think John Varvatos Artisan and Artisan Black, with the wicker around the bottles, are way cool.
Encre Noire and YSL LaNuit ain't bad either. Bvlgari Black and Aqua are pretty neat, too. There are really alot of nice bottles out there...

I'm a bit of a minimalist when it comes to designs, graphics, and packaging: I tend to like bottles in simple shapes (cubic/cylindrical) and monochrome (that goes for labels or printed-on text, too), so these are my favorites:

Chanel Les Exclusifs and Dior La Collection Privée bottles (both series are graphically and conceptually beautiful and with excellent sprayers)
    Lalique: Encre Noire
CdG: Luxe Patchouli (the cube bottle)
    Hermès' cologne bottles

    I also really like CdG's industrial-plasticky Series 6 Synthetic.

Thierry Muglers Miroir series... (albeit the wooden box with mirrors around it is a bit over the top IMO)

Except if you happen to get air into the (jesus what is it called....gah!) "plastic thingy that sucks the juice" you can't see it, 'till bottle starts becoming empty.

I like a lot of Bvlgari's bottles, but they tend to have a few parts that are plastic-like when it would be proper for them to be metal or whatever like the rest of the bottles (doesn't feel right)... Like Au thé rouge for example. Thick glass, metal 'badge', thena damn lightweight plastic cap......why why....

I always thought the original DK MEN/Fuel from the 90's was a very cool bottle.

Such a shame what they did to that great scent.

I also like the Varvatos Artisan/Artisan Black bottles...like Varvatos original and Vintage as well. Generally speaking, though, I like to keep them simple. Basic square(ish) bottles will do for me

Between Le Male and 1 Million. Both are unique. Personally, I like Le Male's bottle design because it's different and the design itself makes spraying easy (shoulders, if that makes any sense).

Another vote for the cubes/rectangular volumes: Gucci Pour Homme I/II and Dior Homme and flankers.
But my favourite bottle design is Creed Silver Mountain Water. The Creed flask design is okay, but SMW's all-white bottle+silver cap is exquisite. Looks amazing on a shelf.

I've always thought Hypnose Homme was a clever bottle design, looks nice on the shelf. Terrible to pick up and spray though.

There is a pattern to bottles that catch my eye, I can only describe it as "textured", bottles with a pattern in relief. Bottles like:

Eau de Rochas Homme (probably my favourite of all)
    Sisley Eau d'Ikar
Molton Brown Navigations Through Scent series
    Lolita Lempicka au Masculin
Boss Orange Man (which is really similar to the Molton Brown bottles)
Guerlain's bee bottles and Vol de Nuit
    Lalique Lion, Equus, Faune
    Aromatics Elixir Perfumer’s Reserve
