Men, which note do you like most on a woman?

On my wife I like anything, but particularly rose.
Remember that while it is perfectly acceptable to criticize the content of a post - criticizing the poster is not.
Mean spirited, nasty, snide, sarcastic, hateful, and rude individuals on Basenotes don't warrant or deserve other individuals' acknowledgement or respect.
Whatever it is in Chanel no5 does something for me....
I also really like that fresh and fruity smell I associate with "The Body Shop" toiletries.
From this list, mainly citrus, but also jasmine, other floral, vanilla, other fruit and chocolate
I picked citrus, but there are a lot of notes I like on a woman.
Pretty much anything except oud, civet, harsh leather. To me, women should be soft and sweet - and should smell that way. Like a Victoria Secret store, not an auto shop or a swamp in the Bayou.

Anything but fruity-vanilla stuff.
Definitely Jasmine. I like it on myself and even more on a woman.
1. Dia Man
3. Skin Graft
6. Hindu Kush
Vanilla or sweet Sandalwood.
It depends on the woman, but I really love fruity-floral-musks on my wife.
I was between Rose and Vanilla. I picked the rose note, but vanilla rates en par with it in my book.

I honestly don't know. I was clueless about men's fragrances until I found this forum a few years ago (and it took me quite a while to actually sign up. I lurked for a long time). I'm still pretty clueless about women's fragrances unless they're masculine enough for me to wear them.
My favorite scents on a woman are things like Black Orchid and Coromandel.

Another vote for Jasmine, as long as its not too cloying and has been well grounded in its base notes.
It is true that fish stink. It is also true that the river is
beautiful. But the river would be beautiful despite the fish. What
is noxious remains so.
That is not to say that sh*t is not useful when buried in the wheat
field. Bread made from the field tastes sweet, wine from the arbor
sweetest. All things serve a purpose, but that is no reason to
glorify what is abominable. A man must still watch where he walks
and keep his sandals clean. c.21 of the Egyptian Book of the Dead, Trans: Normandi Ellis
Usually I just want my woman to smell good. Nothing high quality and complex. Good, simple, yummy!
Mango/melons/strawberries envelope in a comforting freshness plus dipped in muskiness
"Thank GOD for the nose, for without it we would not be enjoying these beautiful created Scents" also Remember "Balance is everything and the key to appreciating "
Tuberose and fruity musks
Caramel. Such a naughty note...
I love the smell of vanilla
I'm a sucker for jasmine on women, although I'd also put sandalwood right up there.

I don't like any perfume on my women. They always seem to over apply and it drowns out my fragrance which obviously I like better and want to smell more..!
I like the same notes on women that I like on myself - just with a more feminine overall interpretation.

Tuberose is my favorite note on a woman.
Jasmine and tuberose.

Again... I like a bit of each... I really like Vanilla!!!
Just because a fragrance is expensive, doesn’t necessarily make it smell better than a cheaper one.

Animalics, various florals, floral chypres, leather chypres. Surprisingly, something like Mugler Cologne can also be exhilarating.
Orientals cut with plenty of florals, dry woods, animalics, etc, are often good, but the vanilla bombs most women (and many men) wear today are as repulsive and mind-numbing as it gets.
Rose , jasmine and patchouli ( like in coromandel )
Current top choices:
1- Portrait of A Lady
2- 34 st Germaine Boulevard by Diptyque
3- Bleecker Street by Bond 9

The Chanel women's "house note", whatever that is. I smelled Chanel No. 5 in my wife's new Coco Mademoiselle just yesterday.
Fruity sweet notes for me
Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him.
it seems that men love most on women the notes jasmine and vanilla. I wonder which would end up winning the tie..... exciting to see...
I like a light note of desperation
Whatever notes are in Angel is what gets me.
