To me, they serve different purposes.
However, the more complex yet well balanced formula may mean more mastery and value to me when I spend.

In my case: "an even mix of all" and/or a selection diversified enough of all categories mentioned above.

I look for something I enjoy. Minimal, complex, somewhere in between... all I care about is whether or not I enjoy it.

Molecule 01 is simple and I enjoy it.
LDDM is complex and I enjoy it.
For me, it's really that simple.

All of them... Unless I could only have one fragrance in my collection. But the point of having a large collection is that I could have some that have a single dominant note, some light blends, and some that have a bit of everything. Like most other things, I like a mix.

Its not how many notes they use -- I don't give bonus points for level of difficulty -- It's the end result. How nice does it smell to me? That is all I care about, and I enjoy a wide range of fragrance, so I have no overall preference.

    All of the above.

I have single note perfumes like rose, Vetiver, incense, geranium, iris, jasmine , tuberose and so on.

Then I have an enjoy accords and medley like oud and rose, oud and leather, incense and tuberose.

I like perfumes from all three categories. I like Habit Rouge, which could be considered a Symphony, I like Hammam Bouquet, which could be considered a Concerto, and I like L'Ombre Dans L'Eau, which could be considered a Dueto.

I even like solos, such as Agua Lavanda.

Somewhere between number one and two with an adamant rejection of three and four.

I would have to agree with somewhere between one and two.
