Le Labo's Rose 31
Annick Goutal Rose Absolute
Guerlain Rose Barbare
What are some soft, sweet perfumes that smell like fresh-cut dewy roses or 'rose jam'? ....
Just roses (themselves) or mixed with some soft fruits or warm cocoa ... thank you!

I'm not OLD...I'm VINTAGE!
I can only recommend Roger et Gallet Rose - it smells of dewy rose and peony over slightly warm almond base! If you are looking for something more expensive than Roger et Gallet for a fragrance - than just try R&G Rose soap or shower cream to get the idea. I cannot praise it highly enough.
Annick Goutal Rose Absolue edp-- 6 roses put together. Get the eau de parfum if you can, and not the "eau parfumée" which is very light.
Creed Fleur de Thé Rose Bulgare edp-- Bulgarian rose "liqueur" with lovely green/citrus notes.
Montale Highness Rose (parfum)-- smells like rose, only. Linear, long lasting, with low sillage. It's very like my rugosa, Roseraie de L'Hay,which has a bit of a carnation note. Sold online by The Perfume Shoppe.
Annick Goutal "Ce Soir Ou Jamais" -- jammy rose with a pear note.
Keiko Mecheri Damascena is pretty jammy.
Great suggestions here ^^^, especially Annick Goutal Ce Soir Ou Jamais and Guerlain Rose Barbare.
Mine are Ineke Floral Curiosities Briar Rose and Teo Cabanel Oha.
Tea Rose by The Perfumer's Workshop smells so much like fresh cut, new bloom roses that even an hour later when I walked into my bedroom it smelled just like I had set a bouquet of roses on my dresser. And even on my skin this is a wonderfully linear scent that maintains a beautiful rose aroma throughout its life.
I don't have a signature fragrance. My signature changes a little bit every day, why shouldn't my fragrance?
L'Artisan Parfumer - Voleur de Roses is wet garden fresh roses (to me)
Fresh-cut roses; Paul Smith Rose, & the 2008 version of Sheer Stella, still available online.
Jammy rose; Montale Roses Elixir, & Tauer Une Rose Vermeille.
"What is this secret connection between the soul, and sea, clouds and perfumes? The soul itself appears to be sea, cloud and perfume..." - from Zorba the Greek by Nikos Kazantzakis.
My favorite fresh rose is Hermessence Rose Ikebana.
Soft, fairly fresh and almost dewy rose, though not like a real blossom, unfortunately, is Diptyque Eau Rose.
While it is very difficult to find a dewy, realistic rose scent, there a lot of jammy roses. Some sweet roses I recommend are: By Kilian Rose Oud (not really oudy), Keiko Mecheri Attar de Roses (very soft), and Ives Rocher Rose Absolute. Rose Absolute is reasonably priced and really jammy!
For roses and cocoa, though not literal and not too much cocoa, you can check Rose Praline from the Les Parfums de Rosine line. It is more fresh than really gourmand, though.
Two other soft, fresh rose perfumes are Woods of Windsor True Rose and Yardley English Rose.
If you are in the USA, PM me if you would like samples of these.
I slept on it and in the morning am kicking myself -- how could I forget? -- Guerlain Nahema (if you could find it, grab it no matter what!).
Fresh roses - Red Roses by Jo Malone. And I second Paul Smith Rose too.
Jammy rose - Sa Majeste La Rose by Serge Lutens.
All absolutely gorgeous perfumes.
dewy rose - Guerlain's Nahema (an out and out gorgeous rose)
jammy rose - By Kilian's Liaisons Dangereuses (sweet and lovely)
My favourite roses are:
Guerlain Nahema (beats thema all)
Parfum d'Empire Eau Suave
Yves Rocher Rose Absolue
Stella by Stella Mc Cartney
L'Occitane Eau des 4 Reines
+1 Ineke Briar Rose..berries and cocoa.
+1 for Annick Goutal Rose Absolue and Ce Soir ou Jamais. There's also the newer Rose Splendide, which (if I remember correctly) is less jammy and more dewy/green
Parfumerie Generale 13 Brulure de Rose.
Keiko Mecheri Attar de Roses is just gorgeous dewy jammy rose, keiko Mecheri Mogador & Damascena are worth sampling! I also love Ciocirissmo by Hilde Solani - soft yummy chocolate rose. Annick Goutals Quel Amor & Rose spendide & Rose Absolute are lovely too.
I'm taking a more unusual and, hopefully, not to off-topic, unlearned or unhelpful, but if you ever want to venture into male/unisex scents, I'd also recommend Versace Blue Jeans.
Easily unisex, an opening consisting of both dewy, as well as more "goth" (but not excessively stuffy, dark, edgy) rose mixed with fruit and other floral notes, while the ending settles into vanilla, a hint of (surprisingly not too artificial-smelling) cola note and even a slight bit of cocoa.
"When you become comfortable with uncertainty. infinite possibilities open up in your life"
-- Eckhart Tolle
Rose Jam by Lush is a gorgeous fresh jammy rose. Its a similar (better) scent to their Ro's Argan Body Conditioner (without the oil & body lotion ingredients).
I ♥ vanille
I used to find Velvet Rose from Sonoma Scent Studio to be pretty fresh and a bit jammy.
