    Its okay I guess.
Any opinions I post here about frags only reflect MY PERSONAL TASTE and only my personal preference which could change at any moment.

Pros: Classic fragrance. Nice mix of mint, lavendar, and vanilla. Excellent longevity. Projection beast!
Cons: Reformulation. Bottle design. Too popular, feel like everyone has worn this once.

Still a fan of JPG - Le Male.

I go back and forth on whether LeMale or A*Men is the worst fragrance I've ever smelled. My opinion has nothing to do with the popularity of either. If I had smelled each when they came out and they had then been discontinued I would not have had to wonder why.
    Current Favorites:
    1. Le 3me Homme - Caron
    2. Yatagan - Caron
    3. Van Cleef & Arples Pour Homme
    4. Dolce & Gabbana pour Homme
    5. Kouros - YSL
    6. L'Anarchiste - Caron
    7. Xeryus - Givenchy
    8. V.I.P. Special Reserve - Giorgio Beverly Hills
    9. The Dreamer - Versace
    10. Nobile - Gucci

I couldn't agree with you more. My sentiments exactly. Those are the same two frags that I dislike the most too. I know it's all subjective, but often times I wonder if some guys like these two just because the majority of others like them as well. I wear things that I like, and don't take into consideration how popular or how many others are wearing them. No originality in that if everyone walks around smelling the same.

And excellent, groundbreaking blend that fell victim to its success: it has been such a hit that you will find zillions of guys wearing it as well as zillions of knock offs.

I am not a fragrance snob, but best sellers can saturate the taste of even non-aficionados. So I wear it, but with discretion.

This is my favorite fragrance and I am trying Le male terrible and Fleur De Male. Are there any other fragrances that a LE male lover would like that you would recommend?

    Not worth it, IMO.

I have read multiple times that a higher quality Le Male can be found in Amouage Reflection Man. I haven't smelt it so check out the reviews as some people seem to swear by it.

Don't like it that much, and plus it's a Joop Homme's ripoff!
    My current top five:

Tiffany - Tiffany for Men (vtg)
Yves Saint Laurent - M7 (vtg)
    Fendi - Theorema
    Tom Ford - Tobacco Vanille
    Gucci - Gucci pour Homme

I quite like it, I was bought a bottle for Christmas once and used it all, but have never bothered to replace it so I guess I don't like it that much.

I always try it out when I visit a store with the intent of maybe buying it again, but just can't bring myself to do it...

Although I do tend to recommend trying it to the younger guys on here who ask for suggestions.

The first time I tried it, I rushed out of the store to scrub it off.
The second time I tried it, I was able to manage it but felt sick afterwards.
Overall, it is not my cup of tea.
At the end of the day, fragrance is simply an accessory, nothing more, nothing less.
