Default Help in finding additional frags...

Hello! Longtime wearer of scents, new to this board and site. Have learned lots so far! Safari was my first real cologne and I still wear it quite a bit to this day. I also have Polo Green and a few others. I seem to go towards the more "classic" scents...some I guess are "powerhouses", whatever that means..lol Just looking for some help in finding some more frags in this vein. Have my first sample vial of GIT on its way in mail and looking forward to it. I don't care for Aqua types, or young fresh summery things. Thanks in advance!

If you like classic (and masculine), gotta get this powerhouse:

Other good ones include Bogart pour homme, Quorum, and Giorgio Beverly Hills for men.

I would explore the classic Carons:
    pour un homme: lavender vanilla
    Troisieme homme: musky, floral barbershoppy
    Yatagan: vegetal and dark woody

    cacio

If you like the original Polo, you may wish to try Baie de Genievre which is the formal Creed take on coniferous fragrance.

Tuscany is another classic, from the Aramis line. You may wish to give Devin a try also if you like the galbanum in the base.
