Question Kenzo Jungle pour Homme - longevity and projection

Hi, reviews for this seem to be all over the place, doesn't last, lasts a long time, stays close to the skin, cloying, etc, what's the final verdict?

    Thanks!

I originally thought this was on the weak side but that was based only on a dab sample. I liked the smell so sprung for a full bottle when I saw it at a decent price. Going in heavy at about 8 sprays I get around 6 hours; likewise, sillage I think, is average. It seems to last very well on fabric.

Thanks. Think I'll pass on this one. Don't like to have to spray so much.

I get great longevity and projection with this with just three sprays.

Just bought it. Didn't buy much lately so a little treat can do no harm!

I bought a bottle of this last year and I don't think I've really ever worn it. The bottle I bought was a store tester and didn't have a box. To me it smells like a spicier Tam Dao. Maybe a bit too thick in a woody sense for me.

Sounds good to me! :-) Well, I'll find out soon.

Only know the women's version, which I enjoy.

Texture-wise, just picking up the bottle is enough to make me put it down really quick. The bottle feels gritty like sandpaper with the frosted effect on the back of the glass-- the little zebra toothbrush bristles on the top of the bottle also rub me the wrong way and the scent itself is just little some brillo pad thornbush to my olfactory bulb.

I've decided that everything about this fragrance from the bottle to the juice is nails on a chalkboard to me. I bought this one because I thought it looked cool, but I think I may hate it!

I have never sported 8 sprays but I wore it yesterday with my typical application - i.e. one on the neck, one on the shirt, and one on the wrist (either but not both) and it lasted me the entire work day (8+ hrs). By 3pm (~6hrs in), I could have used a refresher if I wanted/needed sillage, but it was definitely detectable by my own nose well past that point.

Overall, longevity is good to great, while sillage is moderate. If you go heavy with application, the beginning will be amped up but it will still dry down to something more muted. Just depends on how strong you want it to start.
    Summer Rotation:

    Versace Pour Homme by Versace
    Cool Water Game by Davidoff
    Tom Ford Grey Vetiver
    H.M. by Hanae Mori
    Vettiveru by Commes Des Garçons
Riverside Drive by Bond No. 9
Soon to include "Ab Spirit Silver"

If smelling good was a crime, I'd be serving a lifetime sentence....

this is a great fragrance. very niche smelling for a mainstream scent. longevity and projection are great. 6h+

I get no projection for any of Kenzo scents. I do love Jungle and used a bottle in a month on time.

hey, indie guy, you should give this another chance... perhaps re-visit it after a few months. might get a new perspective.
personally, i think this is an incredibly sensual scent. as it does smell rather dirty, it is important not to overdose (try spraying on armpits). longevity is great, although projection is just about average.
