My SotD is Acaciosa Extrait. It does overwhelm me today - slightly - the richness not sillage as it is fairly close to skin. I feel more drawn to the Fourreau Noir remainders on fabric from last night.
Have a good day all!
Good morning everyone Not sure what to wear today since I've got another date.( 4th date with the same guy ) I know he wears Armani Code himself...Concidering a rosey scent. Perhaps Sa majeste la rose or Nahema. Hope you all have a great day
Have I told you about the scent of jasmine? Have I spoken about the smell of the sea? The earth is scented. And I perfume myself to enhance what I am. That's why I can not wear a perfume that bothers me. Perfuming is an instinctive wisdom. And like all art, it requires some knowledge of yourself..."

Greetings again, from sunny and bright Winter Park ...just a few more days to go, and I should have my fill of the snow, no matter how fun and beautiful it is. But for now I'm ready to hit the slopes in Chanel Cuir de Russie, current edt, and boy does it smell incredible in the freezing air!
Y'all have a wonderful day!
gandhajala - trust me, I wasn't joking! I'm usually not superstitious at all, but I was actually knocking wood as I thought that. Thanks!
mountainear - thanks! The Winter Park Wipeout sounds fantastic - good luck!

Science is not only compatible with spirituality, it is a profound source of spirituality. When we recognize our place in an immensity of light-years and in the passage of ages, when we grasp the intricacy, beauty, and subtlety of life, then that soaring feeling, that sense of elation and humility combined, is surely spiritual. ..Carl Sagan
l've enjoyed a blissful day of pottering, & now that this morning's Fifi Chachnil has faded, l'm wearing her older, more wicked sister Habanita. (See the latest Sample of the Day thread for my impressions of the former.)
"What is this secret connection between the soul, and sea, clouds and perfumes? The soul itself appears to be sea, cloud and perfume..." - from Zorba the Greek by Nikos Kazantzakis.
I'm wearing Cuir Amethyste today. The house is decked out in purple for the K-state game tonight (my son is the k-state fan, NOT me! I'm KU Jayhawk through and through!) and this just smells "purple" to me. I don't want to clash with the party decor, do I?
I'm going to try to fit in a quick hike up Green Mountain before practice tonight, so I am in Gap Grass (newer version). I didn't like it as well as I remembered it when I bought this bottle a couple years ago, but it doesn't seem too bad today. Maybe I'll keep it after all.
