    Default Layering: Power by 50

I sprayed some of "Power by 50" on my wrist a few hours ago, and it's still rather strong. I'd agree with some of the less vitriolic negative reviews on here in that it's a rather flat scent that doesn't change much. However, this is one of the few darker-smelling colognes that I *do* appreciate. I enjoy the pepper-like smell to it that is... acceptable when sprayed sparingly. I was hoping to find complementing scents to spray after the "Power" has dried down. I'm not a connoisseur of fragrances by any means, and my collection isn't exactly varied.

I'll gladly accept any suggestions you all might have, and I can elaborate on my preferred fragrances and notes as needed. My wardrobe has the majority of the fragrances that I own, if it helps at all. (Sorry about the request for added effort on your part)

    Overall applicable notes I prefer:
    Lightly floral
    Fresh
    Citrus

Pretty much those notes that, unfortunately, last very briefly...

I also enjoy cinnamon, chocolate, and clove in general, but don't own any scents with those notes. If it seems that there's a workable pairing of the longer-lasting notes, I'd like to experiment with that as well. These might actually stand a chance of not being overpowered.

Thanks in advance for any help offered.

Apply something with a vanilla base first such as Coty's Raw Vanilla. From my experiences the simplier the better when layering.

Given the reviews, the smell of Black Jeans alone is rather pleasant, are you suggesting that I layer it, or that it is a better fragrance than Power?

Lol. I assure you I am not going for the street cred. It's not to get an "in" with anyone... just to smell nice to myself and others.
