Which scents in your opinion are the best for less than one hundred dollars? The only other requirement is that they don't smell like cigarettes, like guerlain vetiver.

Pure Havane as well
Versace Dreamer is my favorite (although, the fresh tobacco leaf note in it does remind me more of cigarette tobacco than the sweet/honeyed pipe or cigar tobacco. But I enjoy that.) Maybe I should check out Guerlain's Vetiver
Depends on whether you want mostly tobacco, or a scent that uses it well.
If it's the latter, may I present to you:
I'm wearing a sample of this for the first time today and it's definitely got a nice, dry tobacco mixed with lots of other goodies.
TV split lol
Agree whole heartedly with Versace's The Dreamer and Mugler's Pure Havane.
The Dreamer's tabacco smells like a freshly rolled cigarette and Pure Havane's tabacco smells like wet, curing tobacco leaves hanging in a Cuban shed
Tom Ford for Men
1. Creed - Spice & Wood
2. Creed - Aventus
3. Tom Ford - Grey Vetiver
4. Xerjoff - Fars
5. Dior - Vetiver
6. Creed - Green Valley
7. Clive Christian - 1872 for Men
8. by Kilian - Straight to Heaven
9. The Different Company - De Bachmakov
10. Creed - Royal Scottish Lavender
I suppose Vintage Tabarome was the best tobacco ever.
The tobaccos of today that I like are Pure Havane, Aramis Havana, Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, and Creed Tabarome Millesime.
Tabarome is worth a sniff.
Mustang by Estee Lauder if you want a "super cheapo" that is well done in that price range.

I agree that it depends on what type of tobacco you're after.
If you want a fragrance that smells like a fine cigar, then JackHunter and DrSeid are correct, and Aramis Havana is an excellent suggestion.
It really captures the essence of smoking a good Montecristo or Opus X, and yet Havana doesn't offend those around you who don't smoke cigars.
Burburry London has a tobacco vibe on the drydown
Tom Ford Tuscan Leather (a 15 ml decant can be had for under $100....one spray is nuclear)
Yes Indeed On Aramis Havana
+1 D&G Pour Homme (Vintage)
I have tried the majority of the frags suggested on this page, and this is by far my favorite. Its called Aficionado by Cigar Colognes. Probably the cheapest on this thread too. You can get it online for about 10-20 dollars a bottle. TRY IT!!!!
I'm Jumping in the Aramis Havana bandwagon. Smells awesome and stays complex from start to finish. Could easily be a niche fragrance selling for over 100 clams a bottle...thank God it's not.
Are you not entertained??? Is this not why you are here??
+1 on these:
SSS Tabac Aurea
vintage Michael by Michael Kors
vintage Dolce & Gabbana pour Homme
Slumberhouse Jeke (as mentioned earlier, Sova is also good, though it's less about tobacco and more about hay and other notes)
+1 michael for men.
Salvador Dali Pour Homme
Versace the dreamer, the best price- quality ratio out there. Also try to find the vintage D&G ph
+1 Michael for Men
+1 Burberry London for Men
Gucci Pour Homme II (I find the tobacco in this is similar to the tobacco in London)
burberry london versace dreamer and dolce & gabbana without a doubt. you can get all 3 for about 100 bucks!!!
I would add Vermeil for men to the list.
Herrera For Men, D&G Homme and Dreamer are my less expensive tobacco scents.
I like London but its longevity seemed bad.
london and spicebomb are good too
Try Cut Cigar (by Karen Low). Cheap and really good!
Pipe tobacco with rich, sweetness - Jacques Bogart Pour Homme and Michael Kors for Men
Leaf/Flower - Tabac Eau de Cologne, Creed Tabarome Millesime Versace the Dreamer, Vintage and Original Dolce & Gabanna Pour Homme
Honorable mention to Guerlain Vetiver for the great tobacco note in the base and Houbigant Monsieur Musk (Vintage)

“Some perfumes are as fragrant as an infant’s flesh, sweet as an oboe’s cry, and greener than the spring; While others are triumphant, decadent or rich; Having the expansion of infinite things, like ambergris and musk, benzoin and frankincense, which sing the transports of the mind and every sense.”
― Charles Baudelaire, The Flowers of Evil & Paris Spleen
i have this ive put it on twice. its a cheesy tabbaco scent but it makes me feel sophisticated in a dumb way. hahaha.
Any opinions I post here about frags only reflect MY PERSONAL TASTE and only my personal preference which could change at any moment.
Versace The Dreamer
Oh yeah, and eau de baux
The sense of smell, like a faithful counsellor, foretells its character.
