I'm looking for a casual evening scent (designer rather than niche) that can be used for a range of activities, whether it be going to the cinema, bowling or a quiet drink in a not-too-overcrowded bar. I don't want something purely aquatic or very heavy and formal. At the same time it can have some sweetness but not be excessive. Finally must have half decent longevity (at least 4 hours) and have some projection so that it smelling it doesn't require people shoving their noses in my neck, but not beast mode so it dominates the room.
la nuit d lhomme
Dior Homme Intense
Regular Dior Homme should suit perfectly.
I agree with La'Nuit and Dior Homme Intense recommendations.
Thierry Mugler A Men Pure Havane
La nuit is kind of sweet
Bvlgari pour Homme Extreme
And at the upper end of the scale, Creed Original Vetiver.
Midnight In Paris as already recommended.
Declaration D'Un Soir by Cartier.
Tom Ford For Men
1. Creed - Spice & Wood
2. Creed - Aventus
3. Tom Ford - Grey Vetiver
4. Xerjoff - Fars
5. Dior - Vetiver
6. Creed - Green Valley
7. Clive Christian - 1872 for Men
8. by Kilian - Straight to Heaven
9. The Different Company - De Bachmakov
10. Creed - Royal Scottish Lavender
Voyage d'Hermes pure parfum.
Midnight in Paris can become sweet and cloying when over sprayed so I would say go with Tom Ford Extreme.

1. Spice and Wood
2. Tonka Imperiale
3. Dior Homme
4. Pure Malt
5. Oud Wood
6. Ambre Nuit
7. L'air Du Desert Marocain

9. Apple Brandy
10.Straight to Heaven
