Default Patou pour Homme, is this a fair price?

In the old store outside the city, only one "Patou pour Homme" bottle 4.2 oz -120ml- ....after shave (not EDT !!) has remained.
And, since it's the last bottle, the seller asked me 45 euros ( about 60 dollars ) .
Since I have never had experiences with PPH, I'd like to know if the price is worth of a buy.
The bottle is sealed with the little circular sticker.
So many differences with the EDT ? Still a good fragrance, or not?

I only know about the EDT as that is what I have. Price seems OK though.

Are they completely different smells between the After Shave v. Cologne?

Not a fan of the Patou Pour Homme aftershave. It's not nearly as good as the EDT. I really like the spicy hot pepper topnotes of PPH edt but the aftershave doesn't possess this. However, $60 dollars is a great price for 120ml - the 90ml aftershave spray usually goes for $120 on ebay.

yes, I got it at 50 euros, and I was so pleased ....that I don't want to use it anymore !
Later I got one of these famous 10ml miniatures so I tried the EDT, too

I've seen pictures of the 90ml spray bottle, but the are different version of it. Some box says Eau de toilette, After shave or cologne. Are some of these fake?

They're probably real. I think those people up in China (where they make the fakes) do not even know what Jean Patou is.

LOL, looks like you found some fakes at the Pacific mall in Scarborough / Markham?

Anyways I paid abt 145usd for my FB of the Patou ph's after shave, worth the price in the absence of the PH...

I would buy it if I were you. While the aftershave is nothing like the powerful EdT, it does give a taste of one of the finest men's fragrances of all time.
