    Default Light, Airy Masculine Floral

Hey folks. Im looking for a light, airy masculine floral. Something along the lines of Guerlain Homme Intense, Amouage Gold Man, or Issey Miyake original. Anything out there along those lines with good staying power and sillage? Im looking to wear it mainly in the spring or summer.

Eau Des Lagons is a nice floral aquatic - light and airy and smells nice too. Just a suggestion.

I love Gold man, though I cannot really call it light and airy (Amouage Silver perhaps). In amouage territory, there's Lyric, not that I ilke it too much, but it is rather fresh, light and long lasting. Another niche example, if you like aquatics, would be Le Labo Neroli.

In mainstream, Jour d'Hermes, or any other thing by Ellena, for that matters.

Have you tried Ciel Man? It's very light and floral. It's got a nice lavender/rose/jasmine mix going on. Excellent for spring and summer
    Seasonal rotation:

    Original Santal
    Apple Brandy
    Tuscan Leather
    Silver Mountain Water
    Lyric Man

Besides Amouage Ciel (+1), I'd say Creed Millesime 1849 then Helmut Lang EDC would be the next two things I'd recommend.

Geranium pour Monsieur? Though staying power isn't great on some people.
My favorites in no particular order:

Vintage Antaeus, Vintage Bel Ami, Puredistance M, Vetiver Extraordinaire, Tauer L'Air du Desert Marocain, MDCI Invasion Barbare, Amouage Jubilation XXV, Morabito Or Black, Sycomore, Gucci Pour Homme I, Jovoy Private Label, Geranium Pour Monsieur

Perhaps also Boss Elements Aqua (not so much an aquatic as an airy fragrance, the opening being also lightly floral)

Chanel 28 La Pausa is superb light and airy iris. While it's not classically masculine, it's perfectly unisex and I don't think many men would have problems wearing it.

Infusion d'Homme is not as good, but it's more masculine light iris.

Plenty of great suggestions here, thanks!

Ive tried Insense and love it but its not airy enough for me. I have a bottle of Cuir Pleine Fleur and LOVE it! Almost forgot about those two.

What I like about Insense is the mainly the overall composition from top to middle to base, which is pine/berry, floral, then more floral. The CPF gets me going because of the cool, fresh violet overlaid on the animalic leather. Amouage Gold is a huge powder that's floral at the same time. Very soft and fresh but masculine. Guerlain Homme Intense is a fresh vetiver with some kind of floral I cant name. It would be my pick but the flowers are gone too quickly.

What do you all think now? Lots of fresh flowers, preferably not rose.....but masculine.

Masculine florals are relatively rare and the decades that like them tend to like pretty heavy compositions. But neroli is light and a fairly common masculine note. A note search for either neroli or orange blossom at Luckyscent, for instance, turns up a bunch of interesting stuff.

Hammam Bouquet is another idea, although it does have some rose in it.

Eau Aimable by Le Couvent des Minimes. It's unisex but nice, light, floral and perfect for spring/summer. It's nicely priced at about $35 too

Roger & Gallet Bouquet Imperiale. It's on the EdC side, but you'll happily reapply. One of my all-time favorites. Can be found at low price points online. Look for the nice, older packaging. See if you can find a gift set including the amazing bar soap. A superb treat. Don't think, just buy.

The Savile Row sounds like exactly what I am looking for. Anyone have a sample they want to cough up or trade?

I have some neroli fragrances that I absolutely love but I don't really consider them floral.

Eau Aimable sounds good too but maybe too much citrus. Im really looking for something mainly floral.

And I don't need mossy masculine. Just something that leans more masculine than feminine.

Actually Eau Aimable is all about the orange blossom and petitgrain. There are other components which round it out but it's mainly floral. I think though, that it might not be masculine enough for you. If you have an Ulta store nearby they have Le Couvent des Minimes products there and testers THat's how I tried it and I love the stuff.
