Default Looks like Creed Sublime Vanille in 1 oz is now available

Not sure if this is news, as prior threads mentioned the Royal Exclusives were going to introduce 1 oz bottles. Saw on Creed's online site that they do sell 1 oz of Sublime Vanille. Price is steep at $205 but I don't want to turn this into a Creed bashing thread....just an FYI for those in US and elsewhere who might be interested in 1 oz and to this point thought it was still unavailable in that size.

Still waiting though for hopefully some day Windsor coming in at 1 oz.

I am sorely tempted. Having tested Sublime Vanille on several occasions, I can say that price is my only objection. It is quite nice, a beautifully balanced and rich vanilla.

Yes. I noticed the the Creed site and Neiman Marcus no longer even offer the large flacon of Windsor.

I'm not a fan of this one. Just saying.

Yeah, what's interesting is, the listing is completely removed from the Creed website. It's not like the other discontinued Creed fragrances that are still listed but just show up as out of stock (e.g. Green Valley). Wonder why it's like that.

I like it, but at that price it'll stay out of my collection.

Once my bottle of SDV runs out, I'll have to decide between the two of them -- no sense having two pure vanillas in my rotation. Royal Oud's prices are falling, so maybe by next year Sublime Vanille will come down some.
    Current Top Five:

    1. Creed Green Irish Tweed
    2. Tom Ford Neroli Portofino
    3. Hermes Concentre d'Orange Verte
    4. Bond No. 9 New Haarlem
    5. Creed Original Vetiver

It's a fantastic lemony vanilla scent with good longevity. I participated in a split and got 1.7 oz for less than what they want for 1oz.

Not a vanilla fan but creed does find a way to do things well.
Is the juice worth the squeeze?

I like SV and SDV. Prefer SDV, but the two are very different. SV would be a nice work scent for vanilla. SDV is really a decadent awesome scent and the booziness is awesome. Just not something I could wear everyday, while SV could be worn regularly.

Though it doesn't have the lemony aspect, if you like SV and want something more affordable and in a similar genre I would recommend sampling Diptyque Eau Duelle.

Hehe. Have a bottle of Eau Duelle as well. I agree it's different from SV. Frankly, I think Eau Duelle is sort of on its own in the vanilla world as a "nonsweet paper vanilla" scent. I wear it quite often, much more than SDV (which I find I only wear when I'm staying home as a soothing vanilla scent).

I hope so as it is a very lovely vanilla imo -- not gonna lay down £450 for it though.
