Today I bought the sample line of O'driu. I kind of hope I don't love any of them, so that I don't have to battle with shelling out $500 for a scent.

Perfume Safari, can be such an experience, yesterday the “hunt” was amazing, I will keep you posted next coming days and share some of my vintage acquisitions.
Some of these beauties will be reviewed off course...

Dior Homme Vintage + Dior Homme Cologne

Please forgive me Dior Homme, I’ve sinned, by not recognising how amazing scent you were back in 2005.
Due to silly scent associations, I have created in the back of my mind the association, that Iris should not be worn by a man, because the “powdery” effect it delivers, it would resembles female lip stick, how mistaken I was back in the day.
In fact, iris has become one of my favourite ingredients in perfumery.
I am glad to welcome in my collection Dior Homme vintage (the vintage Dior Homme has a silver straw, currently formulation a black straw) and the sexy Dior Homme cologne, a lighter version of the former Dior Homme, with the inclusion of Neroli, adding some airy affect, Just perfection for hot summer days!

    - - - Updated - - -
    Fahrenheit Vintage,

Right to the left: 1)Fahrenheit vintage first formulation.
Right to the left: 2)Fahrenheit vintage second reformulation in the middle.
Right to the left: 3) Fahrenheit currently formulation.

I have very particular relation with Fahrenheit, I was exposed to this bold fragrance, back in 1992 when I was living in Brazil, by the time, I have mistakenly associated Fahrenheit with the smell of gasoline, off course I was VERY wrong as Fahrenheit smells everything, but like gasoline.
In fact Fahrenheit is a Masculine Floral, gosh! how bold mainstream perfumery was back in 1988.
Currently there are lots of discussions about Fahrenheit formulations, and how amazing the vintage juice was, I was blessed to find two vintage bottles yesterday (first and second reformulation) reviews on different formulations will follow up...

    Gucci - Envy for Men,

What an Aromatic classy fragrance, gorgeous and stylish bottle, its green juice represents pure Envy!
Why on earth, Gucci has discontinued this gem, i can't help but keep wondering...

After serious consideration, I just ordered 100ml's of Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier's Ambre Precieux for $80 from fragrancenet:

It's really a beautiful one. I got to wear it a few times, and I was sort of iffy the first wearing of whether I'd want it in my collection, even though I loved it. However, the second wearing (which I wore to school and out for a night) went very well and I knew I wanted a bottle. Hell, I even wore LDDM today just to make sure they were different enough to me, and they are.

Lovely, lovely fragrance. I got to smell it yesterday for the first time.

Versace Man Eau Fraîche came in the post today, it was a blind buy, I needed to add some summer fragrances to my wardrobe and after reading and watching some reviews I decided Eau Fraîche would be worth a blind buy. First impressions: a nice fresh attractive smell, I realised I've smelt it before on someone - but it will do nicely for a summer rotation with several other fragrances I have my eyes on.
